we used to come here all the time. We came today and we ordered food already on the phone and explained that we have a salad allergy. We asked him to separate salad out of our food. When we got there he was not listening. He said he already packed it, and that he doesn’t care. We even told him it’s a documented allergy and she has a epi pen with her. we even told him to charge us separate for the container and he was yelling at us and extremely rudely and kept telling me that he has a lot of business and that he doesn’t give a care about anything. I’ve never experienced someone this rude and disrespectful in my life. We traveled 75 miles to come to this place and the service was awful. We even told him we have been coming here for the last 10 years and he yelled at us. You should not be in food business if you do not understand business . His food licensee could be taken away. He seriously refused to separate salad. There were multiple customer listening to this. They heard us ask him to charge us for the separate container. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the health department, this is super dangerous and can...
Read moreImmediately, I was greeted with smiles and the kind lady even took her time to educate me on how to pronounce "gyro" correctly. (Hint: "Yee-roh", not "Jeye-roh"). The gentleman at the cash register was very nice as well. I went with the Shawarma, which comes as a wrap (burrito-like). The food came out hot in approximately 5 mins. The nicely marinated, savory, yet not greasy, beef-lamb meat was balanced with the tarty cucumbers and tomatoes. I loved that they had yogurt spread within the wraps so you're getting that "balance" taste with every bite. Adding the red chili sauce really brought out the flavor. No food coma afterwards! Shawarma was $7.99 and came to $8.66 with tax. Well portioned, best shawarma I've had yet at a fair price. These kind folks just earned a...
