Honestly, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company has the worst customer service, possible. We ordered a bedroom set for our daughter 6-7 weeks ago. We were told it would be ready for pick up that Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no phone call. Friday we called to sag we were on our way to come pick it up. The older lady with a heavy accent sounded frantic and said she would call us back. An hour later she calls back to tell us that Kimberlee never even ordered the set. They told us they would have it the following Wednesday and would deliver it. The dresser came damaged, with chips in it. We told them they would need to order a new one, they didn't offer do it themselves. They delivered a "new" one last Wednesday. This one was even more damaged than the one before. The man that said he is the owner said that he would inspect the next one. I lost money having to leave work to meet him and at this point I was ready to return the entire set! He told me he would make it better-- yada yada yada. Today is Wednesday, so I decide to call to see what is going on because they were supposed to call with a delivery time. Turns out, he had already left. When I got home they were standing in my daughters bedroom, getting ready to take the old one out. We are currently remodeling our home, and the flooring guys didn't know what to do when they showed up. The owner explained to me that he didn't check the new one, but not to worry because it is new. What were the last two then... USED??? I had to have them open the new one, which they dropped onto my brand new hardwood floors. The new one is ALSO damaged. He offered to freaking paint it for me! Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME?! I told him just to get the other one out and leave. I was told at one point that Kimberlee is the owner. Every time I've called for her she's at a graduation, went home early or right now is "on vacation."
If my floors are scratched because of these incompetent people, I will be down in their store filing a report. We paid almost $600 for CRAP FURNITURE. The absolute worst furniture we have ever owned.
Like I said, do yourself a favor-- go somewhere else. It would be worth the extra money for quality product and quality...
Read moreWhere to get started, I don't even know. I order a living room set for 1300. I night I discovered a hole in the back of the wedge. The following day I immediately called and reported this. The daughter of the owner stated she would have a replacement within 2 weeks. First Monday of week 3 I called and asked the status of my replacement wedge and she further stated that she "completely forgot". the following Tuesday the owner showed up at my house. My wife called me frantically and she put the owner on the phone, he said he will not be able to replace it because he's blaming me for it, even though I called the day after I discovered it! He came into my home and argued with me about how he didn't do it for an hour! Then he said he brought the floor model to replace it. I told him I'm not going to accept used furniture since every behind in Fairfield probably sat on it. Then we argued about how it's not used. Then we argued about him trying to demonstrate that it wasn't him buy him putting a box cutter to the couch. He said he was going to make a cut and if it matches with the current cut, that he would replace it. So I raised the B.S. flag. THEN he wanted me to go HALFSIES! on getting a new one. So I raised another B.S flag. I question whether this is even a legitimate business anymore. NO ONE comes into a strangers house and disrespects a man's wife then insults me by walking out, then driving off and calls themselves a legitimate business. For their sake I hope they read and reply to this review, because not only will I blacklist this "Store" from ever receiving business from Travis AFB (which most your business is from), I'm reporting this incident to the BBB (in hopes that you don't rip anymore people in Fairfield off), Furthermore, I will be hiring an attorney to seek legal actions. Kimberlee and her team did an excellent job in furnishing my home all the way out in Dublin. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I will definitely go back to K & A for all of my furniture needs.
With a huge show room with lots of options, I was able to pick and choose what style and theme I wanted and also let Kimberly know what my approximate budget was, and from there she took over the show! With Kimberlee's help (and her patience), we were able to narrow down the perfect pieces for my home and I could not be happier.
After a couple hours I ended up choosing 2 bedroom sets, a day bed, a huge sofa and bookshelves, as well as dining tables and chairs. The whole house was done in one big swoop... YES!
Delivery was quick and hassle-free. I was given a time slot for a certain day and was called the night before for a more exact time. The delivery team came on time, called when they were on their way, and put all of the pieces together for me as well... what great white-glove service!
All in all, I couldn't be happier. I recently hosted my first gathering over the Thanksgiving Holiday... and friends and family were thoroughly impressed with the furniture... they couldn't believe what great value I got!
