I have recently purchased from this shop an LG refrigerator model LRFOC26065 and a washer/dryer tower model WKGX201HWA. Bothe appliances were delivered and installed by the vendor’s delivery company on the same day. The price I paid was less than 50% of the original MSRP because both appliances, which are new and never used before, have minor dents or scratches on the side of the appliances (please see attached photos). The dents did not affect the performance of the appliances at all. I have registered both equipment with LG and added them to my LG ThinQ App to enable me to control them remotely including performance of smart diagnosis. The supplier offered one month warranty directly from their own shop (which is better than the 48 hours warranty provided by other retailers), as well as one year warranty from CPS Appliances Shield with a deductible of USD 99 to be paid only if a repair service is required. So far, I am very happy with the performance of both appliances which are considerable upgrade over the ones I had so far. I highly recommend the supplier for the wonderful LG equipment they sell, and the honesty and courtesy they have showed me in this transaction. I will also update this review if anything goes...

Purchased LG fridge with same day delivery.

Delivery drivers showed up and completely trashed my entryway. Scratched brand new front door, ripped wall paper off of walls, large gashes in walls, molding ruined, bent, scratched, and broke loose my bannister. Cracked tile in my foyer floor.

Came by, downplayed all the damages, wanted to patch-job everything himself with his contractors back to "acceptable" result even though all items were essentially brand new. Refused to use my contractors who had installed these items months before because he wanted to do it as cheaply as possible.

Scheduled to meet with my wife to discuss and blew off the meeting. Told us to go through litigation to get items repairs. Told us they were attempting to save us (?) money with the cheapest possible delivery service. Thank you so...

Step 1 - Walked into a showroom full of washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves and other random items.

Step 2 - Very kind and patient gentleman asked all the right questions and helped us find a beautiful LG washer/dryer pair. Also advised we apply for a $300 rebate offer by PSEG for buying energy-efficient appliances (waiting for our check)!

Step 3 - SAME DAY DELIVERY SVC by another outstanding father/son duo, installed and tested as well.

SUMMARY - No frills store, unreal prices on both the products and the delivery svc, genuine and hard-to-find...
