Horrible customer service, I bought a new enail for $235.00 on a Tuesday and by the second use which was the following Friday the enail was no longer working... I called the store the store told me we can't help you because it's broke we can't resell it . At that point I immediately went to the store I had to argue with this guy and his little brother who kept ad-libbing for about 45 minutes before I had to threaten to call the police and take him to court at that point he started to break down telling me he would absorb half the cost I told him that's not an option I want my money or a replacement then he tried to take it the religious way and insult me as a Muslim by him being a Muslim he's asking me why would I come to his store and do him like that as if i should let it go because of me being Muslim he had to be told that religion was not a reason for my visit it was his horrible products and I want my money back finally broke gave me a brand new replacement and asked me not to come back to the store so don't shop here at this store spend your money somewhere else even if it costs more go somewhere where they have good customer service these people are a joke they came here to just capitalize and and make some money and they probably be back in the country in no time why you sitting somewhere stuck with a problem . Do not patronize these people horrible horrible...

Horrible service first of all and rude as hell I went in to get a gift for my husband for Father’s Day wasn’t even gone from the store five minutes driving and the item that I purchased was broken but since I didn’t notice it was broken in the store I took it and I purchased it he would not refund me nor would he exchange it for the same item if you wanted to give me $10 off for the same exact item and when I said I was going to write a review he told me he was taking back the $10 off and wants to be rude and having all his employees be rude obviously he doesn’t know that one call can get him shut down for having minors outside selling weed. And I know for a fact that they are selling weed outside because they came up to me and asked me if I wanted to buy an eighth of weed. You guys have lost a long time customer because we would go in there all of the time we’ve bought in all of our stuff from there...

Straight trash. Don’t go here you’ll end up buying more and more stuff because the vape products they sell you are garbage. I’ve bought a vape here that was fake couldn’t get my money back. I bought multiple coils here they don’t even work or they burn so bad you don’t even want to hit it. I know how to properly install a coil so it is NOT on my end. They will try to take as much money from you as they possibly can. And worst of all they have actual children selling bongs and vape products. It’s a little sweat shop teaching their kids early how to finesse people. You know a store is shady when you go in and children are trying to scam you. It’s worth it to drive to Vallejo and go to WeKnow’s you actually save money because the things you buy at that store aren’t cheap...
