My Name is Tanya and usually I really donโt have any complaints at this location . I come there regularly and order my Medium Iced Double Chocolate mocha with whip and chocolate driss similar to the Java Chip mocha drink from Starbies. I didnโt think my order which is my usual would be a problem until today . I caught a Brosista who has medium long blond highlights ,who is Latina and works the mid morning shift who has been there for a few years talking about me to a new girl that just started working there. Saying that I come all the time ordering the same drink with water,that Iโm boring , Iโm fake nice and I look like a dude. She thought she was quiet enough but it was in ears reach(NOT OKAY). At that very moment I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable. This girl doesnโt know me or my situation and how Dutch Bros coffee has uplifted me through all my darkest times. She thought it was cute to do that and to top it off my drink was not properly made correctly too much chocolate milk to where I can barely taste the coffee. If Francisco the store manager was in the store I would have flagged him down to tell him about it . That shouldnโt be tolerated because if she is doing this to customers she could be doing this to co workers Broistas . That behavior can create a Toxic work Environment(Work Bully) . ย ย ย Read moreI have been to several different locations of Dutch bros, this location is the worse experience ever, the customer service was very unpleasant, inadequate. Upon coming to this location. I didn't realize each location opens at a different times, the morning staff ignored Me upon driving up at approximately 5:16 I drove up to get my order, finally when the drive through opened. I politely asked why was I ignored why didn't anyone come to the window and say anything about we are not open. If I was given the correct name of the girl Taylor who took my order said "all locations/Franchise have different hours" I then replied back, well ok im from a different city so I didn't know that, then she goes on to say well if you have the app you should know that just saying, then she goes on to say if you want to complain about it call cooperate I said can you give me the number, she replied back says if you want it get it from the app. The other girl who finished up my order was more polite and courteous, as a mystery shoppers Taylor has failed customer service. My biggest complaint Is it only takes few seconds to come to the window and say we are not open which I explained that to Taylor her reply was oh well we are to busy...

I really hope you see this, I'am proud to be part of the Dutch community. First of all congratulations you have such great staff . I want to share my personal experience at this particular location and share a little about myself. I can't tell you enough about how amazing your staff at this location is they are super friendly , outgoing and social they are on a roll always jamming and getting through the day. I really tired different locations the vibe is not the same and they don't do my drink's as good as this location. I refuse to go to other locations. The staff here don't know this but they make my day every time I come up here to this location. The 65478902 times I been here I never had a bad experience. My name is Rosy I discovered Dutch Bros like in 2020 going there not knowing what to order but I loved the fact I had so many sugar free options. Ever since then I'am 100% faithfully to Dutch everyone that knows me well knows. I drive out 20 mins or so to this particular place in Fairfield I would say 2 to 3 times a week just for the best service and always getting me right I hope one day to open my own Dutch Bros . You have an amazing Personnel I really appreciate and love...
