I’ve been to this place many times before, and this time I was very disappointed. I don’t know if they changed their portion sizes for their fresh Fresas con crema and Tostilocos, but the price is still the same. I remembe the fresas con crema always had a good amount of strawberries and the Tostilocos a good amount of pork skin. Yesterday, that was not the case. They went super light on these two items. I didn’t get a photo of the Tostilocos but I did get one of the strawberries. I was so disappointed!

Pleasant surprise not far from the solano county court house! Seems this place improved along with the area! The ice cream is fantastic! Pistachio and cookies and cream were my favorite and the cone and waffle cones were fresh. The highlight though, was the made to order crepe! Filled with Nutella, strawberries, and banana’s, it was heavenly! Very reasonably priced also! I highly recommend this place. The customer service is another 5 stars on top of the 5 stars given. Thank you!

Absolutely the Best Mangonada!

If you're looking for the most delicious, flavor-packed mangonada, look no further than Baja Ice Cream and Bionicos! I stopped by yesterday, and let me tell you—the flavor was popping! Every sip was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy, with fresh mango, just the right amount of chamoy, and the most refreshing texture.

The quality and attention to detail were incredible. The mango was perfectly ripe, the Tajín added the perfect kick, and the tamarind candy straw was the cherry on top. Every element blended together flawlessly—it was too good to be true!

Beyond the mangonada, the shop itself was welcoming, clean, and had a great selection of treats. The staff was friendly and made the experience even better. And I have to mention—the woman who made my mangonada was very, very stunning! Her skill and attention to detail made the drink even more enjoyable.

I will definitely be coming back to try more from their menu! If you love bold, authentic flavors, Baja Ice Cream and Bionicos is a must-visit! Highly...

Me and my family have walked past this ice cream shop hundreds of times on our way to Alejandro’s. Today we were looking for some good ice cream other than the usual Baskin Robbins. Came across the website on google and thought we should finally check this shop out! So happy we did. They have fresh everything and the prices are just right! Double scoop for under $4! Hell yeah! I love the ice cream super good! But I feel so bad for the worker he is the only one here on a Sunday. Super packed and it is so awkward because there is a lot of us waiting for our order and yet a lot of people keep coming in . Second time I come in and there is only one worker on a packed Sunday . I think they need to hire more people or have more people working on sundays. But overall love this place. The guy has a lot of patience for holding it down with all the people just staring at him annoyed. I...
