I recently bought an El Camino and soon found out I was having power draw issues when the vehicle was off. The previous owner had a kill switch installed so after I couldn’t find any other reason for it to be losing power I decided to have it looked at. Checked out this place since it was recommended to me by a friend. After they looked at it he pointed out that the relay was hot and it was a fire hazard due to the placement of it. So he recommended an alarm that I could have installed that will work just as well and also have a horn that can go off it picks up vibrations of the car tampered with. After I agreed to an alarm he gave me a fair price on taking the old kill switch out completely and installing the new alarm. When I came to pick up my vehicle he alerted me that the kill switch was not connected properly. It’s been about a month since I’ve had the alarm installed and everything is still working fine best part is my battery is not draining anymore. Recently though someone tried to break into my vehicle at 4am and thanks to the alarm that was installed I was able to hear the alarm and run out there to see no one insight. Hopefully no one else attempts to break in to it but. Due to the recent event it made me want write a review. I’d like to point out that the gentleman I worked with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He didn’t try and oversell me on an alarm and told me a basic 1way alarm systemIs all I’ll need. Anyhow, the owner, Ben, is super chill and has the 'want to help' attitude. He is quick at what he does and does what he does WELL. Check out their custom work. It's nothing next to extrordinary and I can't wait until I've saved enough to get custom work done. His installers are friendly and also get the job done quick, and with professionalism. Ben helped me install a little banger system in my Optima until I was able to afford bigger and better (which is what I am working on now). I am doing the Big 3 upgrade and will have Bens help in doing so.

I can't speak more highly of LiveWire, and am heading in as soon as their new tinter is back to have my ladies windows done. Not only has Ben made a returning customer, but has gained my trust and friendship. Can't wait to be back there for the next latest and greatest.

So every audio install place I looked into had an almost month long waiting list. A friend of mine told me about live wire customs so I gave them a call to se how long the waiting list was. I called on a Saturday mind you so I knew there was no way I could get same day service. The gentleman on the line asked me what I needed and I told him it was a simple deck install. I was blown away when he said bring it in I’ll fit it between jobs. I headed over and a couple hours later I had my new deck with apple car play! They went above and beyond. I always make it a point to try to support the local guy over the big chain stores and I struck gold with Live wire customs.
