We’ve just acquired Swimzone’s pool Maintenance and service for the first time this season. Jon/Swimzone We’re referred to me by a friend who was very happy with the first meeting with him when he came to look at their pool. I was also very impressed with his quick response to my inquiry for his services as well. He knows what he is doing and had already provided us with great customer service and honesty from our first meeting. Unlike the service I was getting prior to him and any of the other 2 companies I had called which after a verbal contract they then said they could not do it or didn’t call back as the season approached. NOT the case with Jon/Swimzone. We are now mid summer and my pool looks Great! and is being properly serviced. There have been a couple of unforeseen problems. My pump failed and a couple of other small repairs with my jets and changing of some minor parts. Jon was fantastic at getting it all fixed in a timely manor and went out of his way to keep my pool up and running as we were in the season when these things occurred. This all being done with all the hardships the industry and the high demand for his services. I will once again say. I am new customer and i got this service. We had Jon over to close our pool. We won't use them again. They rushed through the job and damaged my property in a couple areas, First, when they were siphoning water from the pool, they carelessly put the end of the hose in an area where it caused damage to a new rock garden we had worked on over the summer. This took my wife and I several hours to repair. Had they just put the hose on the lawn there would have been no problems. Simply careless. Then they also damaged my front lawn with their truck when they drove way off my driveway and rode over freshly planted grass it when they were leaving. We contacted them to about it and Jon said they would be over to repair and of course never showed up.
