IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED! I was given a complementary night stay here the night of my wedding in the deluxe bridal suite because my venue has some agreement with this poor excuse of a hotel and also because my wedding was so expensive! To make my life easier because I was 6.5 months pregnant at the time j decided to book the same room for the night before, paying $350 a night as a DISCOUNT! Before I got to the hotel, the night before my wedding day, I told them I'm very pregnant and need help because I have alot of things that need to go in the room, as my bridesmaids and me were getting ready in the room in the morning with the hair/ make up people coming as well. When I got to the hotel, they had no bell hop, but they gave me a petite maid who pushed one of the baggage carts while I had to push the other. I had to fill up the carts multiple times all by myself, bending and jumping into the trunk, back seats, and front seats to try to put all the food I bought, folding chairs (because the hotel refused to provide any and tried to make me rent their ridiculous $2000 make up room) and luggage, my wedding dress, jewelry, veil, shoes, bridesmaids gifts, money box, etc. The room was subpar and the bed was so uncomfortable and hard I could barely sleep the entire night! I looked exhausted for my wedding, my one special day! I told the front desk that myself, the bridesmaids, and all hair/ make up people will be out by 12:30 pm so if they could send a maid to clean the room so that me and my new husband come to a clean and empty hotel room that night. They left half eaten food sitting around, juice bottles and water bottles everywhere, trash all over the counters and desk! I was so disgusted and aggravated that they claimed this was cleaned! Then they stole or threw out my special covering that I bought for my wedding dress, the one I bought for my veil and the one I bought for my wedding shoes!!! They even took or threw out the boxes that all my wedding jewelry was in! They had the audacity to put a $5 water bottle in the room and I hid it in the bedroom drawer, so no one accidently drinks it and when I came back after my wedding it wasn't there, showing that they also went through my drawers!! The last morning I was there I called the front desk to ask for k cups for the keurig that was in the room although there was no k cups, cream, or sugar and they say " you can go down to the breakfast area and get free coffee." When I had no idea what she was talking about she said yea we offer a free complimentary breakfast. I was so aggravated because I was never told that by the sales department or front desk on check in! My bridesmaids had to go out of their way my wedding morning to get me food because I'm diabetic and need to keep my sugars regulated. The breakfast barely had any food and the omelets were small and cold! When I asked for another omelet they said they ran out of eggs and cheese. I couldn't wait to leave! It was a horrible experience during what was supposed to be the best days of my life! When I talked to the General Manager, Dragan Dimoski, to explain everything that happened, he didn't even know who I was but then said he asked the staff and they didn't know what happened to my things! He was disrespectful and distasteful the whole conversation and said" I'm not refunding or doing anything because you are just trying to get your money back" I laughed at that response explaining that I had over a $100k wedding and that $350 would not do anything for me. It was the principle of the matter! He was rude and does not have any customer service skills at all! He was screaming and yelling the entire conversation! He should be fired! I complained to the best Western headquarters and they asked the owner to call me 2 times and of course they did nothing and no one called! MY SINCERE ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT...

I stayed here for a wedding - my husband was in the wedding & I caught a ride here with friends as we are from out of town. My husband was already at the venue & I was to catch the shuttle w everyone to meet there.
The shuttle that was to bring us to the venue departure time was 5:30pm, I was outside waiting for the shuttle while everyone was beginning to come down to wait in the lobby to go to the venue.
Somehow I managed on missing the shuttle, it ended up picking up guests on the opposite side of the building. When I turned around and saw no one in the lobby, I panicked of course. I went to the front desk to ask where everyone went & if the shuttle was late & was informed it had left already.
While internally panicking as I knew nobody, didn’t have a car with me & the next Uber was 13 min away, worried I might miss the ceremony… the woman at the front desk who was talking with another employee when I first went up to her asking about the shuttle came out to get me and advised that Oliver, their maintenance technician was on his way home as his shift had ended & can shuttle me personally.
At first I was a little skeptical of course being a true crime junkie, but it was the immediate solution to my problem I found myself in & figured I’d share my location w friends/ follow the gps to make sure he was goin the right way etc.
I learned about Oliver that night while he took me to the venue, he is a loyal worker for the hotel for over 15 years, loves his job & was nothing but happy to take me.
He shuttled me swiftly & safely to the venue & we arrived at the same time the shuttle I had missed was arriving. I cannot thank Oliver enough as he made sure I didn’t feel uncomfortable, was pleasant & went above and beyond to make sure one of their guests made it to a wedding that was planned.
Oliver saved the day that night by doing something so humane & saw the predicament I had put myself in & was able to immediately solve my problems, make it a great experience and went the extra mile (literally).
I hope the GM/ owner of the hotel sees this review & acknowledges/ appreciates the excellent staff that they have on hand because they sure are lucky to have someone like Oliver!!

Read moreIf I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. After a long night of my company’s Christmas party me and my boyfriend went back to our room at this hotel around 12:30 am. By 1 am I was taking a shower, when I thought I heard really loud banging thought out the hallway and few moments later 2 employees came began violently banging on my door. They claimed they gotten a noise complaint and it smell like smoke. We didn’t even have music playing and I insisted them to check the room to show them we were not smoking anything and they refused with attitude. So we asked to speak to a manager and they refused again. I also noticed other employees speaking to other people in the rooms surrounding mine. They demanded 150.00 was going to be taking out of the card that was used to book the room. The 2 employees then left and went to someone elses room. Come the morning we went in the lobby to speak to the manager. A gentleman came out and began discussing the situation with my boyfriend. We insisted there was no smoking going on in the room and he finally agreed to check. After 25 minutes of waiting he returned and claimed he searched the garbages. He presented an empty cigar wrapper to us and said this was proof of us smoking. I told him I had packed a small clutch with me so I could use for my party. When I was putting my things into the clutch it had some old wrappers in it and the empty cigar wrapper I guess was one of those items. We went back to the room to retrieve our things with the manager. I pulled out the garbage bags and told him there was no sign of smoking, ashes or cigar guts and the empty wrapper was not good enough to charge us. It smelled like smoke in the hallway but not my room. The manager said “not my problem and left”. This morning the money was withdrawn from my account. Neither me or my boyfriend have smoked anything but our vapes in over a year. This is one of the most unprofessional and poorly trained staffed hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t recommended staying here if you would like to peacefully sleep through your night. I don’t appreciate them stealing money from me. I hope they don’t steal...
