Graduation Outlet — Local services in Fairfield

For previous graduations, I would use a different cap and gown company, but after the experience with the graduation outlet I probably won't be using anyone else!

When I made the initial order, I was contacted by a representative to be sure that my order was correct, because it looked odd on their end, so PROPS for double checking.

Well, when I got the box, we had a few more children join our class, so I needed more gowns and here's where they went above and beyond.... they accidentally sent me shiny gowns instead of the matte gowns I had ordered. The error was immediately fixed and I was even sent a return shipping label!! I got ZERO pushback or any kind of "well are you sure this isn't your mistake?"

Not only were they quick to fix the problem, but the person I spoke with (both on the phoe and through email, which were two different employees) were not only kind but professional! So it's not an isolated incident that they were nice. It's just how they are!

They were a little more expensive than what I was used to, and didn't have the "pack" I was looking for (which usually includes like a cap and gown and some kind of certificate) but the quality of the gowns and the friendliness of people working there is SOOOO worth the price you pay (which IS still reasonable).

They have several options on colors for the gowns and tassels, and even allow you to pick which metal you'd like for the year at the top of the tassel.

I cannot say enough good things about people who take the time to not only fix mistakes, but who also try to call pre-shipment to be sure that what your ordered, was intended.

Graduation Outlet and Rachel were absolutely amazing. This was the first year that we were ordering stoles and our students in the Initiative for Global Leadership were very excited to be able to wear them! The company we ordered them from promised to have them here in time, but on the Friday they were supposed to arrive, the company told us the shipper must have dropped the ball (Tufts is in Boston, the stoles were in Kansas).

On that unhelpful note, we started looking frantically to see if another company could print them that day and get them to us by the next day.

Graduation Outlet came through unbelievably!!! And not only did they get us the stoles, but Rachel also suggested we use gold print instead of white so they would pop, rain or shine. It was an excellent suggestion!! And much appreciated. Our students were so excited to get them, and we were so happy not to disappoint them thanks to the amazing work of Graduation Outlet.

They were also tracking the shipment, and it looked like the delivery had been missed at 8:30am and they emailed us to call the shipper. We received them no problem by 10:30am for our 12pm gathering!

We can't thank Graduation Outlet enough for pulling...

Very disappointed with the customer service and the response from the employees. We ordered some gowns and in order to have them in plenty of time for the graduation, we ordered them early. When the order was delivered we simply glanced at them and noticed that they were all there and that's really all we payed attention to. As time got closer we went to open them up. The color was supposed to be grey but it had such a green tint that they were unusable. We contacted the company and they were completely unwilling to work with us. We will be taking our business elsewhere for sure.

In response to the owner. Why couldn't you take back items that have been with schools/customers for weeks? If they are unopened and unused, there is no rational reason that you couldn't take them back. They don't go bad and there is no expiration. This is illogical and a frustration to your customers. I 100% stand...
