Read and heed the other reviews. I purchased two hinges for my dishwasher because the counterman couldn't tell me which one was the left. They were friendly enough when I made the purchase. I installed the left hinge and brought back the other. Wouldn't you know it, they said it had scratches on it and couldn't possibly take it back. I told them that was the condition in which they gave it to me. While they didn't use the word 'Liar,' it was certainly implied. The counter guys said I could come back Monday when the manager would be there. I came back; same story: "This looks like it was installed; we can't sell this." When I didn't go for that, the manager like Solomon, thought of opening a fresh box to compare. When he opened the new box; I'll be darned, it was scratched up exactly like the other. About two years ago I went there to buy parts I picked up an igniter and a thermal fuse for my dryer knowing the problem was one of the two. While checking me out the counter kid opened the cardboard box saying he had to show me the igniter wrapped in sealed hard plastic for display selling, was in good shape and not broke. Well you guessed it the thermal fuse was bad so the next day went to return the igniter and the same counter kid. He looks me square in the eye and says you can't return it the box is open. I ask to see the manager and after letting him know it wasn't me that opened the box he says tough luck. After 44 years in the appliance repair business that was my first and last time dealing with this company. I don't need them there are a lot of parts suppliers in my area as well as online. Be careful, it’s ok for them to sell used looking parts for $75 but they don’t take it back!
