Back on the Rack Upscale Resale — Local services in Fairhope

My cousin and I decided to go in here on a whim a few days ago, let me tell you- I’m glad we followed that whim because this place is awesome! First of all, the lady working, who I assume must be the owner, was very warm, welcoming, and friendly without being overbearing or making us feel like shoplifters like so many upper scale consignment stores do. She let us take our time shopping and was available if we had any questions. There’s a really good selection to choose from, including formalwear, shoes, pants, dresses, athletic clothes, and shirts. There’s also a large collection of luxury items. Very rare to find actual Chanel or LV in a consignment store, but this shop has a well-curated collection for those who want a luxury item but don’t have a storefront nearby (or don’t want to deal with the treatment you often receive in luxury storefronts). Oh my goodness!!!!! I wish I lived closer to this wonderful consignment shop. This place is amazing!!!! The workers there are so friendly and are always willing to help. Every time my daughter and I go in there, we are always greeted friendly and asked what we are looking for. Sometimes we are looking for something specific (like David Yurman bracelets) and other times we are just browsing. The shop is always neat and organized. I sent 3 items to consign there. When I got the items back because they did not sell, they came back in worse condition than when I dropped them off. There’s more marks and scuffs on both purses. Do not consign with them. And my wallet had scratches on it before, but now every part is chipping and coming off. If I would have known my items were going to get even more torn up, I would have not stepped foot...
