my wife and I have been fairly regular customers here for a number of years. I own many shorts, pants, and shorts from here and my wife does too. I myself bought $900 worth of shoes for my wife there 3 months ago. Point is, I think we've been good customers.

My wife bought a pair of shorts here that were somehow damaged in the wash after only owning them for a week. She did follow the care instructions and did not use bleach. She went in just to see if they were willing to do anything for her. It sounds like things spiraled out of control when the owner affirmatively informed her that the damage was from bleach. He yelled at her and told her to never return. Would've been fine if he just told her something along the lines of "I'm sorry your shorts were damaged in the wash. Unfortunately, we can't do anything for you in this situation". Seems p simple IMO
