BoxLunch — Local services in Fairlawn

I'm only giving 3 stars because of the inventory and that the female associate tried at first. Upon arrival to this location, the female associate was very into her job and tried to be helpful with each customer. However, I did NOT appreciate the fact that she yelled, "[MY CITY NAME] Where's that?!?" loud enough for others to hear. I'm sure she was just trying to make conversation, but I felt very awkward and like she was being quite nosey. I could've told her I'm coming from the Cleveland area, but I just stated "Closer to Beachwood Mall." I assumed that since she worked at a mall she might know of other malls, but then I figured that probably wasn't a helpful answer since maybe employees of Boxed Lunch with know malls that have Boxed Lunch stores in them. I explained to her that the mall closest to me doesn't have a Boxed Lunch or even Hot Topic. However, I shouldn't have had to explain anything. I wished she would've been more professional and verified the name on my account like other Boxed Lunch locations. My address shouldn't have been a concern, only my purchase. This store is perfect for anyone in the fandom world. They had quite a bit of anime stuff (nearly an entire wall), including Studio Ghibli merch. They also had Disney stuff and loungefly backpacks, if that's your thing. The store was organized and clean, and the staff was really nice. This location is inside the mall.
