T J Sushi (Summit Mall) — Restaurant in Fairlawn

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for past 3 years and have never had a problem until today. The cashier got my order wrong and I corrected her. Before hand I told her I was allergic to avocado and to not put it in my sushi. When I paid and later looked at the receipt before my order was done it didn’t say “no avocado” so I went back to the cashier and let her know that she didn’t do what I asked her to and she said “it’s too late.” I had to tell her that I’m allergic to avocado and that it was on her to make the order correctly and she says “well the avocados deep fried.” Like what is that supposed to mean to me? If I am allergic to an item that you’re putting in my food and you deep fry it that doesn’t make my allergy go away. I ended up leaving after she got upset that they had already made the order and now had to fix it. I won’t be back… very...

Went here today, I was excited to try this new place and walked up very friendly… The boba was okay, that wasn’t the problem. The younger girl taking our order was really rude and rolled her eyes when we were just trying to order boba? Seemed like she hated her job but I don’t think that’s any customers problem. She had a hat and apron on, kind of looked like a young high school girl. She didn’t just have an attitude with us, I observed customers after me and she was even rude to them. Love their Salmon Sashimi tick cut and fresh come 3 pieces per order.

I love shrimp tempura so crispy and good size of shrimp inside. Another my fav menu is king salmon roll I'm a salmon lover!! Don't miss amazing roll!

Other their roll is good too I did try some eel and some roll else they were all good..

Now they can Dine in!! (It limited seat!)

Fast serve now!! Boba tea is fantastic...
