This was my first time at Summit Mall as well as this Charley’s location and trust me I will never be back to buy food from them! My uncle and I ordered 2 Philly cheesesteak combos as well as 2 lemonades I asked for extra ice in mine and they barley gave me any ice then I asked for a bigger cup for them to just fill it with ice the one taking the order she was nice the co worker getting the drinks was not she started questioning what she asked her to do all I wanted was extra ice then gives me the cup with no lid! Once we got down the line they finally hand us our sandwiches after what seem like forever then gave us no fries! I asked them for the fries he stares at the screen and I know he see that it’s 2 combo meals because we paid for them he goes and grabs a box that was sitting for a to go order dumps the fries out back into the fryer and he and the women stand at the fry station kept talking under their breaths and watching to see if I was looking at them or not. I walked over to them and told them no you can’t do that we would like fresh fries they stared at me for a minute and did change it mind you this is happening in front of the assistant manager pathetic he said not one word! Date : Saturday October 6, 2018 I can’t believe this place very disappointing especially doing it right in front of my face I don’t understand its not costing the workers anything to make fries so you try being slick and...

Picture this: you wander over, drawn in by the promise of sizzling onions and the distant dream of cheesesteak perfection. But what you get is a sandwich that's about as memorable as that B-list movie you watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I received excellent service and the food was prepared promptly, it just wasn’t very good.
The sampleman standing in front of the restaurant was probably aware of the food’s lack of taste because he was making no effort to hand samples to potential customers or mall walkers. I’m used to samplemen and samplewomen aggressively trying to hand me a sample by sticking it in front of my face. While this is annoying it also shows a commitment to hard work.
While this restaurant has the convenience of being sandwich place in the food court, it doesnt have a whole lot else...

She didn’t apologize or anything as I am dripping wet in a drink she couldn’t even hand to me correctly nor put a lid on correctly. She had an attitude to begin with therefore I didn’t tip her when I ordered which may have been why she threw my drink at me. I usually have no issues with the staff at the mall as I worked in the mall myself, but I was appalled at the behavior. She should seriously rethink her position if she is unhappy at her job. She has...
