I had a game (Azule) that I had purchased on the app and picked up curbside at $15.99 + tax. When I got home I realized that the game box was crushed in one corner and it was supposed to be a gift so I was going to need to exchange the damaged product. I work many long hours and did not have time to exchange it immediately and when I did get back to exchange the game, it was over double the price ($33.99) I had originally purchased it for. The service associate behind the counter refused to do an even exchange, stating "we don't do those anymore" and told me I had to return the game at the lower price on a merch credit and repurchase it at the current higher price. I again had an app price available which was about $12.00 less expensive than the in-store price (but still higher than I originally paid for the game) and also about $1.00 less for some cat litter I was purchasing, but the cashier forgot to do the markdown before the bill was totalled. I had made numerous other purchases on top of the game-gift, so it would have been lengthy to delete the transaction and do it over and with a line behind me, the cashier directed me back to the customer service desk. After lugging my full cart and waiting in line again at the desk, a different sales associate waited on me and said she would "clearance " the game out to make it the original price which seemed to be very nice, but she then wanted to return the game to a merch card and then re-charge me for the game at the lower price, leaving the additional funds on the merch card instead of returning and recharging the game to my bank card so that the excess funds could go back into my bank account. I wanted the excess funds back in my account not on a merch card and she did not appear to be thrilled when I requested the products to be refunded to my bank card and not a gift card. But when all was said and done, she assured me that the return/re-ring was done accordingly. HOWEVER, after looking at the receipts and getting the charges to my account, I have exactly zero returns and TWO DEBITS: the original bill AND a debit for the lower price of the game $17.98...but it was NEVER first returned to my bank account at the higher price of $33.99...it was returned to a MERCH CARD even though I requested it NOT be. Then after the products were refunded to the merch card I was recharged on the merch card the exact same amount I was refunded, essentially cancelling it out all together and then ALSO leaving me to be additionally charged $17.98 for the game again out of my bank account. Confused yet? I certainly was, but I was definitely never refunded the $33.99 to my bank account for the original price of the game and I definitely was charged an extra $17.98 on TOP of the original $33.99 that was the higher price. So I paid for a game twice when originally I went in to EXCHANGE a damaged product, return 2 duplicate Christmas gifts and make some additional purchases. I haven't even tried to take the pile of receipts back to the customer service desk and get it rectified, because it was so exhausting and such a total disaster the first (and technically second) time at the service...
Read moreStill out of stock on most of the items i need. Always messy. Always carts and dollys of boxes blocking the aisles during restocking time, you would think they would be doing restocking during slow times but no. Barely any room to fit thru the main aisle when they put stuff on display there. Always running into someone or someone is blocking the route to walk. Today there was yellow tape on all the fridges from the ice cream to the milk. And plastic tarps drapping over all the food in the fridges and customers were asking each other if we were allowed to grab items because there were no signs, or explanation; just three employees standing there chit chatting. I always dread going to this target. And why donât they have chocolate creme oreos? They always have the crappy flavors. I came here a couple weeks ago and there was absolutely no milk except for lactose free. I wasnât there for milk tho, i just felt bad for the lady who wanted milk. I never go to target for milk because i know they wont have what i need. Donât get me started on the variety of chocolate milks. They only have 2 options for chocolate milk (not lactose free) and that is prarie farms. Unless you want to buy the horizon milk for $5. Im surprised good and gather doesnt have a chocolate milk. Save yourself and go to the North...

To customer sparked my anxiety due to them saying I cut in line whenever I was standing there for three minutes before this gentleman walked up and said I cut and he said the line was leaving this way and I was standing in front of him I was standing there 3 to 4 minutes before he even got there waiting behind the lady and then whenever I walked away I said my anxiety spiked thank you both gentlemen and the Lady in front of me started laughing at me while I walked away. I donât know if youâre from Walmart but go back to Walmart if youâre going to be acting like that otherwise be adult and be respectful for others. You customers are customers not savages. Donât strike somebodyâs PSTD because always you canât basically stand in line properly Iâm tired of people saying I cut in line whenever Iâve been standing there and then they cut in line in front of me. Also the guy used me talking on the phone as excuse I was standing behind this lady with a tannish cream colored jacket. I donât know what you teach your kids bye hope you donât have any have a great week. PS: If youâre going to act like this go back to...
