I emailed this lady Laura to see some of the apartments they had available. She responded with some questions. I answered the questions and never got a response back. After a few days, my husband called their leasing office and confirmed an appointment (we received a confirmation email). We then showed up at the leasing office to see the available apartments at the time we were confirmed for. This lady (I suppose Laura) comes out of the office and asked my husband his name. She then said I emailed you several times and you never replied!!!!! My husband told her that we talked to a colleague of yours and confirmed an appointment for now. She went on and said I am the manager here and the person you talked to is not responsible here. She then gave us a form to fill in and went back to her room. Putting this behavior alongside the reviews for this place, we decided to leave and not even see the apartments. If they cannot behave decently when they are trying to get us to rent from them, how are they gonna behave when we become...

Don’t apply here. I applied here and my application was ACCEPTED. 2 weeks later I am told “the owner needs to know why you can’t move in earlier.” The Apartment I was shown was given to another applicant because I wasn’t able to move “earlier” even though I applied for the 15th and was approved. Now I am still going back and fourth with them about my application fee refund. I called and was told that this is needed in writing. The same day I submitted this. Two weeks later still no word or updated on the status of my application fee refund. And every time I call it goes to voicemail. Terrible experience. They don’t care to hold your apartment in good faith after your application is approved. They will give the apartment away to anyone who will move in sooner than you for the extra $$$ I will be reporting this to the better...
