Been here for a while now and I have to say the apartments here are gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. Full size washer and dryer in each apartment. Mirrors in the bathroom light up, big walk in closets, and plenty of other closets and cabinets to store things. Windows are basically floor to ceiling. Most apartments in the front of the building have a gorgeous view of the nyc skyline and the second floor apartments have huuuuuuge terraces, actually you should call them patios. You wouldn’t believe the size of them. The other floors have nice size terraces also. It’s pet friendly and the amenities are top notch. The management is on top of everything. All matinence requests are answered right away and taken care of. It’s a secure building with doormen. It’s also secure when a doorman is busy because you cannot enter without a key fob. So that’s double the security. Management and staff are professional and caring. I’ve made an abundance of new friends here for drinks or dinner outings. You should definitely look into the meadowside if you’re looking for a modern luxury apartment in the area. The rents are affordable for the luxury you get and comparable with surrounding buildings that are much older and not as well maintained. Also an easy commute to nyc if you work or play there. Big shout out to Zach, Manny, and Anthony especially, and all the...
Read moreI recently had a phone conversation with Lucy and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. Her lack of professionalism and unhelpful demeanor left me with a negative impression. When I checked the building reviews, I can see that I am not the only person who has unfortunate interaction with her. From the moment our conversation began, it was clear that Lucy had little interest in providing helpful information or making me feel welcome. Her tone of voice conveyed an unfriendly demeanor, making the conversation feel cold and unwelcoming. When I asked specific questions about the building and moving dates, Lucy's responses were evasive and lacked the necessary details. Instead of providing clear and concise information, she seemed disinterested and unprepared to address my inquiries. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about important aspects of my potential move. Based on my phone interaction with her, I am left with serious doubts about the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Clear and helpful communication is vital when considering a move, and unfortunately, Lucy's disrespectful and unhelpful approach fell short of my expectations. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the customer service experience for all...
Read moreThe In House leasing agent Lucy Picinich has a very unkind and degrading way of treating potential tenants. First: I call to make an appointment to attend an “open house” that was going on that same day, she told me she was on lunch and that she was going to be there at 2:30, it was 2:15 when I called and as we were already in the Parking lot I told her I was going to wait for her, it was 2:45 and she never came or picked up the phone. That same day as I was around the area and really interested in seeing the apartment I decided to call again, this time she picked up and I went. When I went with the nastiest attitude this woman asked me when I was looking to be moving and I said October, She said “It doesn’t make sense for me to show you any property now if you’re not moving immediately because what are you gonna do with it?” Let’s remember this is an open house. Needless to say I will be not moving here or recommending any of my hundreds of high profile clients in the area to this property. Rude...
