We bought 2 NEW IPHONE XS MAX with two new activation lines. They charge you additional so called "Victra Company Policy" Setup and Go fee which other authorized retailers don't charge. They charge $20 extra for each line on top of what Corporate Verizon charge which is $30 for new line activation. RiDICULOUS. $100 activation fee paid for two lines. Sales person who "helped" us was Ahmad Sarameh. He never told us about these extra fees *AFTER* he cut open the iPhone boxes for us and asked us to start setting up the iPhones. He told us right before we paid and were about to leave the store. He also did NOT tell us that it would be $20 fee per line, so we thought it would be $20 in total (not $40 total). Very tricky play because how are we going to say 'no" at that point after we already spent over an hour to open two lines and also completed the offboarding from a different carrier and onboarding to Verizon? We couldn't easily turn back. Lastly, we were charged $1260 for each phone, when it is priced at $1249.99 at Verizon corporate stores as well as at Apple. We did not notice this difference until we zoomed into the receipt. GO TO OTHER AUTHORIZED RETAILERS OR THE VERIZON CORPORATE STORES. DO *NOT* GO TO ANY "VICTRA" VERIZON Authorized Retailers.

On December 3rd, I bought 1 phone, 1 Apple Watch, and 1 iPad. They charged a total of $130 for activation fees, and on top of that, Verizon charged $35 per item for the next month, totaling $105. Despite asking, they didn’t inform me about this. But the situation got even more bizarre—before buying anything from this store, **make sure to ask about the prices of everything.** For example, they charged me $67 for a screen protector, $42 for a camera protector, and $57 for a case. I foolishly didn’t check the prices and rushed to leave because I had an appointment, so I didn’t examine everything carefully. Later, when I noticed, I realized the charges were outrageous. They even charged me $25.29 for a USB-C cable, which they had told me was free. Please, don’t buy anything from this store without asking for the prices first. I’ll never buy anything from this store again.

My cell phone suddenly stopped working on sunday night. I attempted to order one through customer service to pick up at a store and could not. I spent almoat two hours on the phone with verizon on 6/5. I ended erased everything on my phone as per instructions on representative. But then she said she couldnt order my phone due to a block on my apple account. I was asked to visit store in edgewater NJ the next day to get help and get a new phone. I went to the store in Edgewater at 29 the promenade Edgewater NJ. Rep there couldnt help me. I spoke to one person first and as soon as i said mu current phone wasnt working ahe told me i need to contact the insurance company.i asked her to at least attempt to help and she didnt. Another rep came up and looked up my account and said only apple could remove that block. I was sent to apple store at Garden State Plaza in Paramus NJ. All that needed to be done was delete my phone. The rep at apple asked me to log into my icloud and deleted phone. He said i shouldnt have been sent to apple and that verizon should have been able to assist. Rep at apple also said there was no need to erase my phone. Once done at apple store i went to the verizon store located at Garden State mall Paramus. Rep didnt even attempt to help. I had to beg to allow me to use the phone to call Verizon. According to reps they are not able to call verizon.i was in the phone for More than one hour attempting to order a phone for pick up in edgewater nj. Payment for some reason was not going through. I tried different credit cards and nothing worked. I was asked to go To a store again and have order placed from there. I went back to the store at 29 promenade in Edgewater NJ and rep said since there was an order in process a new one couldnt be placed. I again called verizon to explain what was going on and the rep on the phone cancelled the pending order and asked me to have the store rep process upgrade. Store rep said she couldnt because the order was still on the account. Again i spend another two hours with verizon on the phone. The telephone reps were really trying to help and didn't understand why payment couldnt not be processed. I was on my way to ATT store to switch all my services over and i decided to stop at the verizon store in fairview NJ where i met Ahmed. As soon as i walked in he was kind and understand. He started by asking question about what i was trying to do the phone and the plan, how was it going and if i used everything included in my current plan. He didn't say i cant help you. Once we spoke about what phone i wanted and agreed that my current plan was the beat for Me he checked the availability of the phone i was looking for. I am confused on why the fairview store was able to help me but the other two store didn't even try. I felt discriminated by the representatives in edgewater NJ and Paramus NJ. I took a day off just to try to get a new phone. I started this process at 10 am and was not able yo get a new phone until i visited Ahmed at the Fairview location. This should not be happening to consumers. Thank you Ahmed for helping me!! your exceptional customer attention is why i am still a...

I'll make it short, This store is a FRAUD!

They do not tell you they are going to charge a customer with set up and go plus charge $20 per phone, ( who charges a customer to activate new/upgrade line when Verizon charges $35 per phone) so now you are paying $55 per phone to activate in Victra.

Beware! they will trick you to buying a new phone. Sale rep told me Note 8 has a promotion going on $300 off per phone & no trade in required, so I purchased 3 note 8. Sale rep "note8 x 3 = $900, $150 credit will be apply to your account for next 6 months".

Jan 2019, no credit apply. I contacted REAL Verizon Wireless customer service, they told me " NO SUCH PROMOTION FOR NOTE 8". Contacted Victra (fairview) with REAL Verizon wireless rep, and it was applied right away.

Feb 2019 same thing happened, did not see credit contact them again and it was credited.

Mar 2019 no credit, contact them again, and now they are telling me "contacted account manager but no reply" following day "account manager is on vacation" waited a week " account manager is on vacation" waited a week "account manger are being replaced"

Apr 2019 - contact them again "account manger are being replace BUT WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN"

I still have not receive a text/call/email from Victra about credit.

I am leaving this review because Victra SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS !

Also to help people with this issues, contact NJ Attorney Generals office to report FRAUD...

This place is not a real Verizon store. It is known as a 3rd party. In other words an authorized re-seller who can make their Own prices and policies. It is way different from a corporate Verizon store. We got one man who told me he was giving me a charger and case for free " on the house" and I was who going to pay for taxes and the connections. I get billed 204.00 and I see that I was charged for the charger and case which I never asked for. I'm assuming he gets it for very cheap or even free so he scammed me on that and also added a Disney app which I never asked for and I am getting charged for for it. They are never supposed to charge for connecting the device. I also turned in my old iPhone and supposedly I am getting credit for 845.00 towards the iPhone 15 which is around the same price. So how is it that my bill comes out more than 200 for a single line ??? How ever I went to a verzion corporate dealer down in Edgewater, NJ and they explained to me everything I'm saying here. O yes and if you go to this place also avoid the heavy set bald man who is bald he was charging my friend for his phone connection also and made my friend literally do it himself because he says " he doesn't get paid to push buttons". The day I was there he was bragging how they make "mad money " yet his white sneakers were all worn out and crusty. Along with this pants with...
