I was indeed one of your clients back in September . I came to your salon to get a balayage done. And when I first sat I asked you if it can be done. You said yes then turns out you couldn’t do it in one visit. The first visit was a disaster and you knew it so you told me to come back next month. My hair looked green orange and all sorts of colors. I took it with a grain of salt because I said she will fix it. The first hair process was $285.00. I was looking crazy for a whole month a work. People asking me why my hair is orange and green. I didn’t complain to her I just waited till she fixed it. So the second session made me wish I never stepped foot in the salon. When she was doing my hair she had a scared look on her face. As she told me “ hey just so you know some of your ends will break off “. My eyes teared up and I want to cry. I still kept it together and said to myself there’s no point in arguing or flipping out because she’s not even done and that’s not going to make it better. She fried my hair so I just told her cut what you think may fall off. So I waiting for her to be done to take a look at what she did. Lots of curls to mask the burnt hair and I didn’t notice the damage till I washed my hair a couple of days later. I used the purple shampoo and conditioner as she instructed me to use. My hair looked like hay,barbed wire, and or a straw broom!!! It felt like plastic and as she said it my hair broke off. Not at the ends like she said but half of my hair down my back. I cried for weeks. The second session was $157 so in total I paid $442 for her to burn my hair off. I texted her about my hair breaking off and that I need to now get a pixie/short bob done. And her response was you would look good in a pixie/short bob hair cut. She didn’t offer to fix the problem in anyway. So I waited a month to brace myself for a pixie/short bob. Where I went blew my mind in service hair products and the magic she did on my hair despite what horrible experience my hair went through! The young lady who fix all the damage that was done to my hair only charged me $237.00 and did it all in one day. She had put a treatment in my hair afterwards as well. I hate pixie/short bobs but I had no other choice. Thanks to La Lorrett salon and spa. Along in this long description with hair pictures and payments to prove all my statements are true and not lies. Just for the record the lady whom did my hair is a very nice person. I’m not here to dis name her in anyway. Just didn’t like what...

About a year and half ago, I had JET black hair. My babysitter recommended me to this salon for a full head of highlights. Upon walkng in, I was greeted by one of the owners, Fressia. Older woman, w/some sass. She was working on an Asian client, and gave her a full head of COPPER highlights. Her hair was jet black, down to her waist. No BLOTCHING, Just perfect Copper highlights... At that momment, I knew I would let her transform me.

Went back for a full set of double toned highlights for a nice transition out of black. The RESULTS, were Miraculous, and within 3 months, I was a full on blonde. They always have specials, and free deep treatments for those getting chemical processes, that really help keep my hair INTACT. Fressia was my stylist. But everyone else in the team, although younger, has their own strengths.

This place worked MAGIC with my hair. My natural hair color is black and i came in with an already bad dye job. My goal was to go blonde and Karen took the time to explain how hard it is to go from dark to blonde but that it was possible with a few process so i needed to be patient. She told me that the first process was to take the bad dye job out which would most likely make my hair a little orange and it did just that. A month later i went in for my 2nd process and omg i was a gorgeous blonde! I got so many compliments from my friends that they immediately asked me who i went to. I wanted to take it a step further and go even more blonde, think Khaleesi white hair, so a month later i went back. She made me even more ice blonde and i seriously love it. She took the time to explain how i can take care of my hair because if you don't take care of it then it's going to get damaged. I trust her decisions and i have recommended her to everyone i know....
