I was considering becoming a new customer for both phone and internet services, so I visited your store in person. Upon arrival, I took a ticket and waited patiently in line. Despite there being only three customers in the store, I waited for nearly an hour and a half.
At one point, I asked a representative if I was about to be seen, and she confirmed that I would be. However, a few minutes later, a manager named “King” approached me with a surprisingly rude and unprofessional attitude.
