This place has some rude store managers and custumerservice. This establisment wanted to charge me twice for my items just because the cashier pass my card 3 times and their system "didnt have" internet connection but when i went to make a withdrawl of money to pay for my items (since the machine was having issues), i found myself 116.19 short because the items in fact were charged. Then they told me yet again that the items werent charge and when i showed them my internet transaction they said that it could have charged my card but they have no payment. So i went out to the bank nearby and told them to print me a copy of my transaction and so they did and i showed the maneger the evidence and they still didnt give me my purcheses, while she was being moody and talked to me with a lot of actitud. I ended up going home without my food and money witch the manager told me he couldnt give me my money nor my food because the transaction in their system didnt happened. Terrible custmer service. When i got home and checked my bank acount the store had returned my money. But i wonder how could they have returned something that they allegly didnt recieved.i think they wanted to stay with my money. It took 10 minutes for the guy with the key to come to the front. He instructed me to get in line to pay and when I get to the cashier he will come again to open the cabinet and take out the bottles of rum I wanted. Fine. After waiting in line again I got to the cashier. At that point I had to wait again for a manager to authorize it because the bottle did not scan even though I told the cashier it was $41.99. She could easily see the price in the cabinet a few feet away. Of course she didn’t believe me so another “manager” was called. She could not figure out where the bottle came from because the first guy re-arranged the bottles. What a circus. 25 minutes later I could not wait any longer to waste my time observing the incompetence of these folks. Keep your liquor. This supermarket has a pretty good bakery with pretty good bakery selection, with the best item being the bread pudding for a low price.

But the store often fails to honor its posted hours and closes early if the staff feels like it wants to close early - even if it wastes the time of their customers who drove there to buy something.

You might drive all the way over there only to find a security guard blocking the entrance and telling you that the store is closed during the hours the store says that it will be open. It means they don't care about their customers.

It's a poor way to run a business. For that reason, I only go there if I'm already driving by on Rt. 3 to another place. I never drive there just to go to this store because it might be closed. I would probably go there 5 times more often if they honored their posted...
