I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve the attention. Over the past 2 months, I've visited this store about 6 times. These visits were regarding a phone upgrade, a Phone case purchase, my online Apple Watch order being delayed, delayed a second time, and then cancelled altogether. 5 of the 6 times, AT&T rep. Mike was there to assist me. The service here has been incredible, especially compared to my experiences speaking to phone-representatives multiple times since Mid-August. They're always pleasant, always happy to help and always trying to make things easier for me and my family. Ultimately, they were able to do what AT&T's phone-representatives couldn't - and they were able to upgrade my phone from an 11 to 13 Pro, and still get me my recently cancelled Apple Watch which was free (sales tax only) as part of their August BOGO Offer on smart watches. A special shout-out to Mike, whom I dealt with primarily - and another shoutout to the Store's Manager, who's name I cannot recall, and Asst. Manager, Austin.

Read moreI initially dealt with Serenity, who seemed nice and helpful during my phone transaction. However, Korey, who overheard our conversation, stepped in and offered to assist me further, promising to email me later with potential deals.
Unfortunately, I never heard back from Korey. After waiting a few days, I reached out to Serenity via email but received no response. I then emailed Korey 4-5 times, but he never replied either. I know I had the correct email since Korey had previously sent me a quote.
What’s most frustrating is that I didn't ask for any special help—Korey offered to see if he could find additional deals on his own. When I visited the store in person three times to get some answers, Korey didn't acknowledge me. Instead, another employee was sent to give me another quote. When I mentioned I was waiting for a response from Korey, the manager, the employee told me to try emailing him again—while Korey was standing just 15 feet away in the back.

Read moreAfter being with ATT for better than 30 years this was the last time they will shaft me. I traded in a 13pro max for a new 16pro max and the rep ( May have been Korey) They said I would receive a $1000 credit towards the old device and that I could pay it off for $200 which I did as I hate having to pay a note of a phone. Come today, I received several texts saying that changes were made to the account and didn't get around to checking them till now. I called CS and the gentlemen that helped me was great but told me in the end I still owed a grand on the phone which I did not want and the money I paid didn't go toward the phone. THIS Store is as crooked as the day is long and they need a full rotation on staff as they are the actual thief's. I just wish I could charge them my hourly rate for the time they cost me. Edit- ATT just lost a long time customer due to the shear arrogance and incompetence of their staff at this location plus me being lied to now 3 times.
