Marylou’s Coffee — Restaurant in Fall River

My granddaughter loves the strawberry frosted donuts here so I went over to the counter at 4:40 AM on St. Patrick’s Day morning (after working all night and was on my way home) and asked the lady if I left cash if she could hand me one of the donuts for my granddaughter. She told me they open at 5 AM so I explained I’ll leave a five dollar bill I just want One of the strawberry donuts that are in the case On the front counter, all they have to do is put it in a bag and hand it to me and she informed me that she’s trying to get stuff done and they open at 5 AM and that Dunkin’ Donuts is right down the street. I heard her say under her breath how many times do I have to say we open at 5 AM? It’s not like I was asking her to make a coffee or anything .I mean, if you hate your job that much, then you probably shouldn’t be working there. It wasn’t gonna kill her to put a strawberry frosted doughnut that’s sitting in the case on the counter in a bag for me that would’ve taken approximately one to two seconds and I would’ve left five dollars and she could’ve rang it in at 5 AM when they open And kept the rest for a tip. I do enjoy this coffee but now I refuse to go to this store because of this experience. She was very rude and very unprofessional. If you like to be talked down to and treated like a child, then you probably should come here. if not, and you wanna be treated like an adult then go somewhere else. came to this location may 2nd at 8:00. This older darker lady in her 40s was VERY disrespectful for no reason. I ordered two drinks & I drive up to the window & the lady proceeds to say “you have to come inside” bc her register isn’t working, even tho I had Apple Pay. So she could’ve walked my phone to the register. My friend said “so come in and I can use Apple Pay?” She said “I would hope” with a attitude. We go in, she doesn’t say anything or even look at us. Then yells “it’s ready for you” a minute later, which (how were we suppose to know) she ignored us. Then stops & stares at us and waits for our card to go thru to continue making our drinks. then says “here ya go” then watches/STARES AT us leave the parking lot,. This is my daily go-to for coffee. I've always been a dunkin drinker but recently converted to ML’s. I have a very specific order, and I can honestly say they make it perfect everytime 👍🏻 They make their Mocha additive with liquid concentrated swiss hot chocolate mix, giving the coffee a chocolate milk taste. They also offer Pup cups, I have to get my dog one everytime or she’ll come for my coffee lol!

Recommended Drinks: *My Iced Extra Specialty Coffee: Cinnanon Hazelnut Fluff, Cream 8 Sugars & Half the cup of Mocha. I would highly suggest this for fellow Sweet lovers. The Mocha addition may be too sweet for those that genuinely enjoy the coffee flavor, but it can be adjusted to your liking.
