I had called in because they had a special on their 'trades' which I should really say, what they should actually give you for your trades, and I wanted to see if they had what I was looking for before I went down to waste my time. They misled me to believe I was going to get the up most money for my system that I was planning on trading in. The guy I spoke with over the phone just rushed me off like he was too damn busy to answer my questions. Like it isn't him job, and what he gets paid money to do. I go down to the store, only to find out they were giving me HALF of what they initally said I would get. A nice woman started to help me until a rude ignorant, and what seemed to be a manager, kept interupting her, and talking over her. When he finally begin to help me out, he told me he was deducted money off, because "the system was a little dirty", and a couple of other things that I was okay with because the woman who was TRYING to talk to me told me that I probably would get money deducted off because of it. They should personally try to train their employees a little bit better before they give out misleading information over the phone. Maybe their used to dealing with "the people in Fall River" but coming from a person who works 50 plus hours in sales, they should really learn how to treat their customers better too. If there is a long line the staff still make sure they acknowledge you are in the store and are sure to let you know as soon as they have a chance you will be helped. The product library is expansive with tons of great low priced games and systems. When you are at the register they are very helpful in telling you some great deals that are available at the time and upcoming deals and releases. I would recommend this store if you are in the Fall River area. I have never had a bad experience at this store and will continue to shop here for my games and my kids. Also just to add my brother was looking to pre order the xbox one and none were a available at the time. They called him a few days after as soon as someone cancelled they're reservation which was surprising to me that they would go that far for customer service. Went to the counter and when I said I didn’t pre order the employee refused to sell me a regular copy of Final Fantasy, stating I should “come back Sunday, because (he) wasn’t sure he’d be able to cover pre orders.” That is bogus, as I called the Dartmouth GameStop and they were more than happy to sell me the regular edition, stating it must be a Fall River location specific policy. I said thank you very much, but decided to buy from Walmart instead, who had more than enough copies. You lost on the sale of a new game AND a used game, not to mention I won’t be using this location for any future purchases.
