First time I visited I said good morning as I entered no response. Made my purchase left. The pastry was good so I diciede to give them another try using the drive through this time. I placed my order got to the window saw her grab the bag with my food and walk by me with another girl pa to the back. I waited for a while then proceed to go in only to be met with an attitude. Read moreWhile I was there waiting for my order this morning, I watched one employee completely berate another in front of customers. She complained up and down about her coworker and all the customers, myself included, were right there listening. I felt so bad for the employee as ANYTHING she did, her coworker had some snarky remark about. She couldn’t even take my order without her coworker interrupting her multiple times. It was, overall, disgusting behavior to witness. If the employee had been concerned with her own self, my order wouldn’t have gotten lost. Read moreUsed to be great every time. Last few times I’ve gone (today and a couple months ago) the quality of the sandwiches and coffees have not been good. I hate to complain, but my boyfriend and myself feel the same way. The bacon just tastes like it’s not fresh. He wouldn’t even eat the whole egg on his sandwich. My hot latte was literally cold. I was too tired to go all the way back but I really should’ve gotten a refund. I would recommend changing the brand of bacon and making sure that coffee orders are made correctly. Maybe it is young staff being careless, etc. Once again, really hate to complain. But we paid $22 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks plus tip. Changes definitely need to be made.
