BEWARE, PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. Around the end of April we decided to look in to buy a message chair. The sale man was nice showing the different chair. We end up buy The Syca Chair(value around $9-10,000 sale at $6500. Went up to the cashier that where this nightmare start. I told the manager of the store that we wanted the Cream color. He told us that the chair is not in stock and will order for us and be here around June. Meanwhile they will lease us a black model to use. June come around we come to store to ask the manager where is my chair. He said it the weekend so he will check with the main company. Week later nothing. I called the store sale ladies picked up and said Manager not here. Few day later he call me and told us that is be the end July. I told him that he can come and take his chair away and refund us the month. He begged us to give him for time because this and that. Fine, the end of July come around still no chair. I called him again this time I told I don't want to buy the chair because he keep promise us, knowing that he don't have any in stock, I told him straight up to give us a date. He state he will have is on August 9. Long story short 3 almost 4 month. Still no chair. He said he can't refund the money now. Manager even hanged up the phone on us twice. Worse customer in America. Bad part is call the 866 number on the website, left many messages no call back or anything. After 2 day finally got some one to pick up. Ladies said the call route to available store rep to pick up phone. They can't help me with other store order. Ask the ladies for the corporate phone number she give me another store in California. Spoke to the guy there. He said you should be able to return it. Well guy I guess I have to see them in court now. The chair is expensive and come with a 5 year warranty.
