I was first attractive by the interiors of the store design but i came in and ask the front desk for a popular tea cup and was recommended by DJ milk tea you buy 4 get 1 free so i got out and pay over $30 with tax and have 5 cups The milk tea order was just not my taste Sorry to leave this review but for who loving Gong Cha,KungFu tea ,Mr Wish , Sugar Tiger,Ally

They either having a fresh bubble hand made and got warming soak in the brown sugar of hold time before they put into your tea cup , or they would keep the bubble tender soft , Mr Wish bubble super soft if you would like to try on the weekend there are the best , they are hand made the bubble for only weekends service and the drinks

This milk tea its not recommended by me who loving milk tea

Reason of this review its not to knocking down the owner of the business or the investment But for customer who would like to try the taste of the tea if you already a milk tea addicted please skip this bubble tea store

I used to go to TeaDM all the time but then I started going to another boba place. I went back to this location the other night because my gf loves the boba there, I ordered two taro bubble teas. The guy taking my order was very nice and patient and I really felt welcomed by him. When I was waiting for my order, the young lady calling out the numbers, it was hard to understand her over the loud music and her accent was hard to understand. She kept calling my number and when they asked me what I was waiting for I showed my receipt and the young lady was very rude and even though I apologized for not hearing her call my number she had a really rude demeanor and rude face.

I like TeaDM but I don’t know if I would be back. Some people need to be trained more in the front when guest facing and have some...

On 9/11/2024 at 4:20 PM I order two (2) Oolong Milk Tea add on coffee jelly at store in Eden Center. The guy filled in the wrong milk tea one of my two cups. Instead of throwing the cup away, he poured the milk tea in the sink, and kept coffee jelly as he tried to save coffee jelly and cup. Of course, it had the wrong type of milk tea left in a cup, then he filled in the Oolong milk tea in the same cup. That makes it didn't taste pure Oolong milk tea flavor at all because it mix with another milk tea flavor.

I just wanted to let the TeaDM know that if your guys fill in wrong order, you should throw the whole cup way. DO NOT reuse the cup or save the add on because if you reuse the cup, it might have some left in a cup that will mix the drink, and totally it comes out different taste,...
