Just received my cushions I ordered in June. Seems like a rather long time, BUT the fabric I selected kept getting delayed from PFC Supplier. I worked with Lindsay on changing my order and fabric selection two weeks ago. Imagine my surprise when I got notification the cushions shipped. The cushions arrived today and appear to be well made of quality material. I have already put them on my furniture. I will definitely purchase again from PFC.

Update: cushions have been outside for the past 7 months. The cushions are on chairs under a mesquite tree. Cushions got big time dirty from tree leaves flowers and bean pods my yard is also elevated above the street but I still had lots of street grime on them. I used a nozzle on my hose as part of my cleaning process. Imagine my surprise when once I sprayed the cushions they immediately looked new...

I found this site by googling the name of the patio furniture that I had. Mice had gotten into my deck box and totally ruined all of my cushions for my set. I called this company and was pleasantly surprised to have an actual person, not a recording, answer the phone. Lindsay was very helpful, friendly & professional all at the same time. My cushions arrived in the time frame that she quoted. They are a tiny bit smaller than the original cushions and not quite as soft but the quality of the fabric is excellent. The pattern and colors are exactly as shown online. Plus I live in Nova Scotia ,Canada and they were able to ship them to me without any extra paperwork or fees on my end.
