I definitely want to brag on John! Our truck was acting up while we were in horsehoe Beach and John offered up free advice on how to possibly fix the issue and offered to come to us if need be. We were able to make it to the shop and he could have taken full advantage of us since we were out of towners and lived in Georgia, but he didn't! He looked at the truck while we got some lunch and then gave some free advice on how we could make it back to the GA with our truck. He is a great guy and a honest one! 45 year + mechanic who knows his stuff! We are so thankful for him! I would recommend him and his shop any day! Hey John we made it back to Georgia!...

Just like the other 1 star rating, I bought a used tired for my car from here. Drove away Friday afternoon and between leaving there and waking up Monday I had to put air in the tire 3 times. I woke up to a complete flat and drove back on a donut. I get to the store and after 45 minutes, they finally put a different tire on. While doing that, the guy broke off one of my lug nuts. So now I have one less lug nut on my driver side front tire. He blamed the donut, said the lugnut was on "too tight". The lug nut of the donut was put on by hand!! THEN they had the AUDACITY to tell me I'd need to pay for the SECOND tire! Never ever giving this business my...

They had my truck for 20 days and the problem still remains. At first they said labor would be $85/hr then later when they totaled my costs it changed to $98/hr. Their secretary is nice but if you talked to anyone else their customer communication was pretty terrible. The whole time they had my truck I never got any calls of what was going on unless I called myself to check on the status and even then some of the guys would just say they can’t tell me because the other guy was the one working on it. Definitely not planning to use their services ever again and certainly would never recommend...
