I am over the moon about my experience at Yuj Yoga! This cheerful yoga studio radiates positive energy from the moment you walk through the door. The beautiful, tranquil space sets the tone for a rejuvenating practice. I absolutely loved that Yuj provides yoga mats for forgetful yogis like me - it's just one of the many thoughtful touches that makes this studio feel like home.

My instructor Allison was simply fabulous! Her bright spirit and encouraging guidance made me feel energized and empowered. I especially appreciated Allison's insights into the energy levels - her wisdom enriched my practice and understanding of yoga philosophy.

From the peaceful setting to the wonderful instruction, everything about Yuj Yoga left me feeling balanced, restored, and happy. I cannot recommend this studio...

To be honest with you, I’m almost skeptical to write a review because I want to selfishly keep this amazing gem of a studio to myself!!

Allison owns the studio, and she truly is a human that actually just loves yoga and connecting with fellow yoga enthusiasts. It’s her way of life, not just a business. That being said, atop of Allison’s amazing approach to leading class, I have been thoroughly connected and impressed with all the other instructors as well. The way each instructor approaches their classes is a way of being, not a westernized class focused on physical appearance.

I couldn’t be happier and even bought a year long membership for 2023. Would 10/10 recommend Yuj...

Yuj is an incredibly welcoming place for people of all ages, body types, and experience with yoga. You truly feel welcomed and like you are part of a community from the first class. Allison, the owner and an instructor, is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever met. She used to teach yoga at another place in town, and I loved her gentle, restorative style of yoga so much that I followed her to Yuj. I don't get to Yuj as much as I'd like, but whenever I do, I leave feeling balanced...
