Only place that serves pork blood cubes in their Bun Bo Hue. The meat was tasty. I added in fried cha lua from the market. Took it to go. I like it spicy and loaded with fresh veggies. Added Thai chilis in fish sauce, homemade hot chili oil, lightly fried garlic and longer cut green onions, and Vietnamese mint on top of the garnishes they send you with.
If you're taking it to go here's how I heated it up. Get the broth hot. Not boiling or you'll reduce too much of the broth. Add meats in. Bring to simmer and cook meats as long as you're confident it's cooked to your liking. I cook the meats for at least 5 min in hot broth before bringing the broth to near the temp I like my soup served (HOT). Throw in noodles. It doesn't take long for noodles to cook because they're parboiled. Take off heat and throw in your garnishes. So perfect!

Read moreExcited to try a new Boba tea shop/deli! I'm pleased I stopped here. I ordered the pork Banh mi sandwich. They offered to have it toasted or not and of course I had to have it toasted! The French baguette was perfect. The veggies and meat were tasty. They also were serving pho! I didn't order it but will return another time. They'll serve Pho Wednesdays and Thursdays. They'll offer the Vietnamese beef stew on Friday and Saturdays. I also ordered the taro milk tea with boba. They offered fresh taro to be blended and thought heck yeah! It was delightful! What a gem inside...
Read moreStaff's were very friendly. Visited on a sunday, they were supposed to be closed at 5pm but it was almost 6pm and they were still taking orders for drinks that they still have ingredients for. Bf ordered a mangonada and i ordered a brown sugar latte. It's pretty good, but we should've ordered it at 50% sweetness because it was a lil too sweet to my liking (my bf likes it) and we ordered both at 75%. Not a complaint though, we both wanted to try out each other's drink. Definitely will go back for more drinks...
