Best experience that I have had when dealing with electronics/ diagnostics. I had a cpu issue that ended up being a motherboard issue when upgrading my PC. Glen, was able to figure out that my new CPU was still good but my motherboard was no longer functional. I got a new motherboard and he took it and installed everything. Glen is a straight shooter, he tells it how it is and how the problem can be resolved, and how he can fix it. PC Parts and Supplies really care that your pc issues are resolved and that everything is as you expect. They really saved me in a pickle. My hard drive crashed randomly mid work day. They were super helpful over the phone and when I went in they immediately helped me find a new hard drive, install it, and gave me instructions on how to recover my lost data. Recently brought my computer in to get some work done. Was offered a new SSD for $130, and agreed without price checking. Found the same SSD going for almost half the cost everywhere online. Not how you should do your customers. Will be my first and last time doing business with you guys. Customers make sure you price check all equipment offered by them for sale.
