Recently, I had the opportunity to try the Wild Terra Cider Fargo, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. As a cider enthusiast, I have tried various ciders from different brands, but this one truly stood out.
First and foremost, the flavor profile of the Wild Terra Cider Fargo is exceptional. It has a perfect balance between sweetness and tartness, creating a harmonious taste that is neither overpowering nor too subtle. The cider has a crisp apple flavor that is reminiscent of biting into a freshly picked apple. It is refreshing and invigorating, making it perfect for any occasion.
One aspect that sets the Wild Terra Cider Fargo apart from others is its natural and organic ingredients. The cider is made from locally sourced apples, ensuring that only the highest quality fruit is used in the production process. This commitment to sourcing ingredients locally not only supports local farmers but also guarantees a more sustainable product.
Furthermore, the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into making the Wild Terra Cider Fargo is evident. The cider is fermented naturally, without any additives or artificial flavorings, allowing the true taste of the apples to shine through. This dedication to using traditional cider-making methods results in a cider that is full of character and depth.
Additionally, the packaging of the Wild Terra Cider Fargo is visually appealing and showcases the brand's commitment to quality. The sleek design and elegant bottle make it a delightful addition to any table or gathering.
Overall, the Wild Terra Cider Fargo is a top-notch cider that will satisfy even the most discerning cider enthusiasts. Its exceptional flavor profile, natural and organic ingredients, and commitment to quality craftsmanship set it apart from other ciders on the market. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with a meal, this cider is sure to impress. I highly recommend...
Read moreI was excited for this cider bar and they have a wide variety of ciders. However, I was really disappointed when I saw both ciders I ordered poured directly from bottles into a glass and not come out of a tap, especially since neither cider in the menu indicated it came from a bottle. One server I interacted with was a bit snippy and rude after I asked if I could order two ciders, one for me and one for a friend (apparently you can't do that), which I felt was a little uncalled for. There's not enough seating, upstairs needs to have the space better utilized, they could easily fit twice as many people than can sit down currently if they use tables instead of fancy couches. When I went to close my tab it took nearly 5 minutes as they only have one iPad and a guy running cards constantly, that really needs to be changed. The atmosphere was really neat, which was one of the few things I actually liked about this place, really cozy. Lots of potential here, but the drinks need to actually come from the tap and not bottles, more tables are needed, more iPads or registers are needed for faster transactions (5 minutes is unacceptable), and some of the servers need to be a...
Read moreEdit: I added more stars based on the responsive comment from the owner and the cider, staff, and look was lovely. I’m hoping to return some day and amend the whole review!
The variety of ciders was impressive and the ciders we selected had unique flavors. Where my complaint lies is with the food and atmosphere. The look is wonderful! Beautiful space, comfortable seating, games, plants, it was the extreme volume of the music. Impossible to hear your dining companions. Now the food...yikes. We started with a hummus plate which was simple and delightful. It was our meals that were terrible. The grilled cheese was burnt, really spicy, and cold. Basically something you’d make after a few drinks and leftover cheese and then forget about for 20 minutes so you’d eat it cold. The cubano sandwich was also a poorly made, too spicy, lacking in amount of ingredients and again cold. The cabbage and pickles on the side were delicious! And finally, the vinegar taco. Cold. Cold everything. Shell, ingredients, all of it. The staff were kind and helpful. I’d go back for cider...
