This is the greediest thrift store I have ever been to. On one occasion, they had a quilt rack that was very wobbly and was missing over half the wood plugs that hide the screws. The tag had $1.50 on it so decided I could fix it and use it. Took it to the counter and they accused me of switching tags and that they would never sell it for that price. At that point I left because I will not be accused of such things.

Decided to go in today and found a bin of paracord that was labeled $1.50 a bundle. The problem was that there were no bundles to find because the entire bin was completely entangled and would take a fair amount of time to untangle. So I took the bin up and said that no one is going to take the time to unravel this mess so I was willing to buy the entire rats nest of cord if they put a reasonable price on it. I asked if they had an idea of what would be fair. The cashier took it into the back and came back a few seconds later and said they wouldn't do that.

Been going to this place for the last couple of years. It's close to where we live so it was convenient. Yesterday we stopped by to drop off several items but was told they didn't want them. They never saw what we had rather they do not accept drop offs ok Sunday. So half of the weekend they don't accept drop offs when I have that time to do so. I was already pulled to the back and could just set stuff outside for them to take care of tomorrow. But they had a sign and comes blocking it off as well. I guess they make enough money. I know at thrift store pricee we threw away at least a few hundred dollars. I was going to take to another thrift store but didn't plan to have to do that, my time is limited. Still the worst thrift store in Fargo!! USED to be a good place to get bargains, now they price stuff out of sight!! I go there cause I can still find deals on few items they know NOTHING about, but if they THINK it is a good item, they price it ABOVE retail. Hey morons, you guys are a THRIFT store!! Found a book the other day that I wanted to buy, guy at counter looks it over like it SHOULD have a high price sticker on it, well it didn't!! Then he says can't sell it cause he can't figure out how to use credit card machine, yeah right!! Just wanted to jack the price up because they forgot to price it ABOVE retail!!
