Blackson Brick Company, Inc. — Local services in Farmers Branch

Our builder ordered brick in October for an interior wall in our game room. We were disappointed time after time when the dates we were given for the brick to be in were passed again and again. At one point they told our builder the product had been received and was in stock. Only to find when they arrived the brick wasn’t even there. We did finally receive the brick in February, (4 months after the order date) only to find it was the wrong brick. After our builder talked with Blackson brick returned the brick and getting a refund. We were then Informed that yes the brick was indeed the wrong color as they used the wrong pigment. They assured us if given another chance they would have the brick in two weeks. A month later we still have no brick nor any idea of when it will be in. We cancelled our order and found another brick that day In stock at a local floor store. It appears this company was reputable at some point. Not sure what is going on there but at this time I would NOT recommend them. Not having this brick slowed the whole process of completing our home. As we could not determine paint colors, slab selections for countertops and stain color for wood floors as we never received the right product to coordinate our color selection. Over 4 months of...

Edit based on your response: I didn't berate anyone. I was explaining why I was needing a quick response and she hung up mid sentence. She nor the previous guy I spoke with could help regarding brick sizes. This isn't my first experience with Blackson. One of my least favorite brick vendors as a home builder. Bummer. ...

Without an appointment I walked into the show room in search for a Modular brick from the 60’s - without hesitation Marc helped me put an end to my brick hunt! He found a perfect match!
