What oh what could I possibly write to explain how amazing the entire process of designing my dream 20th anniversary ring was- truly a perfect experience from start to finish. I reached out to Diamond Factory after doing a year's worth of research on the best jewelers not only in Dallas where I live, but I also looked outside of Texas to NY and several jewelers around the country that had been recommended to us. I kept coming back to Diamond Factory for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, they are the only local dealer who also has the ability to cut their stones in house and they are a small family owned operation- they know their diamonds and are very direct with pricing. You feel a sense of trust as soon as you meet the team. I watched literally every YouTube video to learn more and read as many reviews as I could online. Trust me, there are nothing but 5 star reviews for a reason.

I reached out as our anniversary approached & scheduled an appointment where I met Lauren & Barry who walked me through the stunning options they offer and began the fun part of designing my once in a lifetime ring! It was very important to me that I was able to use my engagement ring stone and I wanted to design a three stone ring to represent our three children. Lauren is the absolute cutest with impeccable taste and a modern approach and we sorted through all of the stones that we thought would be a perfect fit. Once we chose the stones and I described my vision for the setting, she read my mind and we were off to the races! I decided to have her take over the process from there so I could be completely surprised with the reveal.

Lauren kept me in the loop the entire time, the customer service was top notch and Barry was completely transparent and I left feeling that I absolutely received a tremendous, fair and honest price. Again, I did my research so it felt beyond comforting to leave knowing that I wasn't being given the run around. Words cannot express how stunningly beautiful the end result was, it was far more impressive than I ever imagined!

I felt like the only client they had. Emily kept me up to date and engaged during the making of my piece, and helped foster excitement along the way. I am by no means a patient person and my pendant was made to perfection in around 2 weeks.

My fiance and I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience at Diamond Factory Dallas. This was a very special time for my fiance and I. We have both been married before and we are older and really wanted something that represented our new beginning. We worked with Leigh Ann and she was AMAZING from start to finish. So patient with me and so excited for us. I was able to send her photos of rings we found that we liked which helped give her an idea of what we were thinking. On the day of our appointment Leigh Ann took the time to show us several diamonds in our price range and settings that were perfect for the diamond we chose. She walked us through the different looks and really made the whole appointment so very special. She is so kind and knowledgeable, we loved working with her. The ring is STUNNING and well within our price range. The experience was high quality from start to finish. The people are just so so tremendous to work with and I have the ring of my dreams! My fiance and I live in different states and they were able to have my ring done in a very short timeframe so I was able to fly home with it!!
