This place calls themselves a dispensary. And it’s true, they do sell cannabis products. But what they sell is completely unregulated. The government does regulate THCA in a sense by making sure the product is less than .03% active THC. But that is it. No further testing is required and there are minimal to no packaging regulations. Meaning that your product could contain things you don’t want. And with no package regulation, the manufacturer can essentially make up or inflate percentages and weights. There’s a difference in quality and potency when buying from a legitimately licensed dispensary as opposed to this one. I could literally grow my own THCA plant and sell it to you at this store or out of my garage. Did I use too much pesticides or herbicide? Did I sweat into the product as I was harvesting? Did I wash my hands in the restroom before I packaged your edibles? Who knows? And that’s what they’re selling: Snicklefritz. They tell everyone it’s legit and real weed when, by definition, it’s NOT. The only reason they’re allowed to sell is because of a loophole in the 2018 Farm Bill. Look it up. Listen, I respect the hustle. And I’m pro-cannabis in all forms. But what I don’t respect is selling unregulated THCA and THC derivative products and passing them off as the real deal. It’s not. These folks are selling CBD, Delta-8 and Delta-9. Leading people to believe this is true THC cannabis, charging $5 a gram and $35-$45 1/8th’s. So not cool. Had my buddy BELIEVING he’s getting true blue high percentage THC! He outright argued with me about it. “No! He grows it himself! It’s real bud! Look at it!” Listen man, it’s delta-9. Minuscule percentage of THC. “No, man! He even gives me more than I’m buying!” Then, it’s definitely not THC bud, buddy. I’m tellin ya. “I don’t agree. They wouldn’t do that!” Oh, but they are, apparently. Do they take your license when you arrive? “No.” Then, it’s definitely not a true blue dispensary with true blue THC flower. And the fact that they’re charging the same prices as the true dispensaries, is robbery, in my humble opinion. You decide.

THEY DONT SALE THC PRODUCTS. NONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS CONTAIN EVEN HALF OF HALF OF THE THC PRODUCTS AT REGULAR DISPENSARY. THEY SHOULDNT LIST THEMSELVES AS ONE. THEY ALSO GRIND SEEDS AND STEMS AND CALL IT SHAKE. I DIDNT OPEN MY BAG IN THE STORE, (28 GRAMS OF SHAKE)AND DISCOVERED MY SHAKE WAS GRINDED SEEDS AND STEMS. I CALLED THE STORE. THEY SAID CALL THE OWNERS. I GOT AHOLD OF THE OWNERS, AND WAS TOLD NEXT TIME OPEN YOUR BAG IN THE STORE AND CHECK IT BUT ILL GIVE YOU A PREROLL NEXT TIME YOU COME IN.
