If I could give this location -2 stars I would. I honestly give the best reviews I can for places that I go. I understand things can happen , and people can just be having a bad day. With that being said.
We ordered our food through the drive thru, and when we received our food, we checked to make sure it was all there. We noticed that we were missing 1 burger and patiently waited for someone to come back to the window... My wife told me to knock on the window, and I said they were busy. It's fine and we should just wait.
We waited approximately 5 minutes for them to come back to the window. When they did, they said with a rude tone "is something wrong?" We politely responded with we were missing 1 deluxe burger. She responded that I needed to talk to my manager. The manager came back and said what's wrong in another rude tone....
I then responded, "How about we just get our money back and don't worry about it?
They said we need to see the bag of food to determine whether we were telling the truth or not and refused to give our money back.
I have never in 35 years asked for my money back at a drive thru. Or been treated so poorly at one.
On top of it all, the food was cold because the whole misunderstanding took about 15 minutes to resolve after originally getting our 1st order. And the food also tasted pretty awful.
They handed me the food like it was a bag of potatoes and rudely said, "Have a nice day with a condescending smile."

(Picture attached) Cashier says "it's $6.06" I ask why? Response "that's what the register says". Okay well the sign says $5.29 add mushroom .50 (I get the blank stare) Manager arrives, and says "yeah I don't know that's what it's ringing up" So I point to the sign and say again look at the price up there. Her response was the price on signs is before tax. 🙄 So is the $6.06 because with tax it is $7.18 (blank stare) I can call the owner and ask him. Why it's ringing up at $6.06. My response was don't worry, I will pay the difference, don't bother him. So is the sign wrong, computer, or human? and why can't a manager fix something...
Read moreJust came home from the Farmington, Missouri Culvers. Placed a simple order inside the restaurant, one 3 piece fish meal and one fish sandwich with fries. Tuesdays are senior days which seniors get 10% off and a free 1 scoop sundae. I get home, open the bag to sit down and eat, my wife opens the fish sandwich and it only has half a bun. How stupid does someone have to be to make a fish sandwich with only the bottom of a bun? We also did not get the sundaes we were supposed to get. Almost $22 for this.
