Burger King — Restaurant in Farmington

After 30 minutes of waiting for food and hungry kiddos I went to the front. There was a kind girl working the counter who immediately remembered me and went to find out where my food was as my ticket had been taken off the counter. As I waited a manager came back with her and my ticket to explain they had my ticket but the drive through had been backed up and was getting backed up again so I would have to wait. This is what bothered me. I understand getting backed up and behind, i was polite when i came up to ask but then to just tell me that I wasnt a priority because their drive through was busy irrated me. I told her I understood but I has been waiting now for over 30 minutes for food. I had two hungry children and I wanted them to fix my food now. I am sorry they are busy but now I am the priority. The manager turned around to start fixing my food after offering me desserts, which I declined. She never offered me any formal apology or appeared to care. The kind girl at the register was engaged talking to my daughter who had kept asking for food trying to keep her occupied then offered her an applesauce. This girl was wearing a trainee tag and appeared to be 16. She was the most professional and helpful out of the entire crew. I dont expect much from burger king when I go but darn. Be nice, apologize if you forget my order, and learn not to tell customers they are not the priority when they are waiting in an empty restaurant for over 30...

Burger King #6301 in Farmington, MO is the worst Burger King i have ever been too. First thing in the place has an overall look of unclean, when I'm standing there waiting to order and i over hear a cook and someone else talking about getting sick, the cook asked the other person if they just got sick, he proceeded to tell the cook "Yea i just did". We we're deciding what we were going to have and the girl at the counter just walks away, finally some other man walked over and took our order. I asked if there was a triple, the guy just pushes the button for the triple never asked if i wanted just the burger or if i wanted the meal, then it took every bit of 15mins to get our food. The ketchup dispenser was out, had to ask for ketchup so they proceed to turn around and get ketchup packets out of a box in the floor.

Felt like I was the king of the castle when I arrived. Got mine and boy was it tasty. Just thinking about makes my mouth start to drool. But here where it starts to go down hill .While I was enjoying my sandwich the conversation from the employees behind the counter was less appetizing. I'm sorry but I really don't want to hear (the manger) talking about how they were talking to there tattoo artist and they were so excited to be getting a new one soon and no I didn't want to know they were getting a mushroom tip tattooed somewhere on there body. I believe someone said you should get it on your face. I mean I am not a stuck up kinda person and I'm known to be pretty funny but come on a mushroom tip on her face you gotta be joking.
