This place is a joke and shouldn't even be in business!!! I had a horrible experience and would never recommend anyone to get anything from this place! Everything was wrong from the pants being high waters, shirts not fitting, pants being 2 sizes too big, and too top everything off our son is 6 and they gave him a tux that was for a teenager not a child. These people rent tuxedo's all the time you would think the measurements would be spot on. The lady suggested I go look elsewhere for our son's pants 3 days prior to my wedding day and the tux was already paid in full before I took him try it on. I told them I wanted his tux fixed and when we returned the next day they had tried to fix it themselves and had used black thread on a white tux that was so visible it looked even worse bc they didn't even know how to sew! I had to find someone last min to fix his tux and they wouldnt even refund me just gave me lots of excuses and blamed it on the warehouse they do business with! I feel like all they cared about was getting our money and not giving us the good quality tuxedo's or good customer service 😡😈 My husband and I we're very disappointed and wouldn't even give them one star but we had to choose something so I could write my review. So to anyone who thinks about doing business with this place I would advise you to go elsewhere unless you want to be running around last min trying to fix there...
Read moreYou have to have an appointment to try on anything which was a problem for me as I was eloping and needed to find a dress quickly. When I explained this to the sales associate, she said they would still need an appointment and their last appointment is at 3:30pm. Unfortunately, I'm a teacher thus getting in at 3:30 is not possible because I'm still working.
The store was not busy, there actually was no customers at all. So instead of working with me they lost a sale to Dillard's.
I could have understood if the store was busy or they had appointments in but I came around 4pm and there wasn't anyone. It's not a great busy practice to limit what you are willing to do for a customer.
Update: I was in the shop around 4:00-4:15, I know this because I left Kirtland at 3:35 so I could get to the store before closing. No one was there expect two sales associates. There was no mention of an expecting appointment either as the sales associate decided to show me dresses and discuss what I was looking for. I decided to go to Jae-Geo’s really fast in hopes to find a different one. When I walked in the door I was quickly greeted by Karen and Jessica shortly after. I explained my situation to Karen and she fit me in right than to try some dresses on. She helped me pick out dresses that I was interested in and took me to the dressing room where I started trying dresses on. With her help I found my dream dress. They were both so kind to my uncle and I and you do not see that often anymore.
