Recently I’ve been shopping for a new desk. I approached Parker’s somewhat reluctantly as I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find a product at the right price point with a local retailer. I was surprised right away at the incredible level of customer service I was met with. Rolling out the red carpet for any customer who walks through the door is uncommon to say the least. The truth is, this only added to my concern that the prices I’d find in Parker’s would be inflated, perhaps to account for that high level of service. I was dead wrong. We’ve had several pieces of furniture installed at our office. I LOVE my desk. Our big conference room table is another one of my favorites. We’ve had several different people here for different deliveries and installs and every employee has been great! One new piece of furniture had an imperfection.
