Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

We drove over ALL the way from GA to enjoy a personal pan pizza with my family as a tradition!! After arranging a table for my 6 family members I was told VERY RUDELY by a worker as he “Preped for TOMORROW” that they aren’t open today, it’s a Saturday @3:53 pm, the manager AMANDA then cuts the corner to say my OPENER did not come in today... so we arnt open today “HUH????” It’s not OPENING time, it’s 4 pm .. and your a manager why can’t you cooking the pizza??? So you mean to tell me your at work, you have a worker at work being paid ON THE CLOCK... but you ARNT SERVING PIZZA.. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied & even more so...

I can see why this place barely gets any reviews because the last few times anyone has left any, it's all been 1*

Just take a look at my pizza. It looks like very poorly made and almost old looking and weirdly offset. I ordered parmesan garlic wings, and the sauce was thick with way too much garlicy taste and get this, NO RANCH. I also ordered their pasta, and it was watery. Definitely need some new folks to come work here because clearly the staff doesn't care how this food...

Ordered online and opted for the contactless pick up option. I literally sat in front of the store and watched the employees ignore the phone for over 40 minutes while my order just sat there. We got ahold of a call center to see if they could get through and their calls were ignored too. Why someone wouldn’t be assigned as a dedicated runner for the online orders...
