Chrisland (Manager) was mad for working she was very rude and when I ask her what her problem was..she then say I do not have to serve you anything..I then say that's your choice..I ask for a Corona and another drink ..she said you need 2 id's....I said both drinks was for me...that's when she said I'm not selling you one then and walked off and said I will not sell you anything, next person...I had 6 people witness how rude she was from 1st comment...and I do have numbers to back up my claim...I talk to manager at counter for shoes and he said that's way she is and she is a manager so there is nothing he can do..I said I got 6 people that witness, this may i add i did not know was ready to tell him what happen. He basically said there is nothing he could do.My family bowl here for 2 different family reunions a year to be treated in such way but I did take high road and will follow up with owner. Hopefully someone else report this behavior because she angry...

This is by far the best bowling center in Fayetteville. I’ve been out of bowling for over twenty years and recently decided it was time to get back in. I went into the pro shop where customer service is A1. I ordered a Storm the road finger tip (hook) ball for me and an entry level Columbia 300 for my wife. The pros are super knowledgeable and we’re there for every step of proper fitting after initial drilling. They also gave us two free games each to get our balls adjusted perfectly. The staff and ownership are super nice and genuinely care that their customers are taken care of. Great atmosphere and fantastic prices. So many league opportunities including 9-pin no tap and strike match jackpots. We have tried every lane in the area and they are head and shoulders above any other lanes. They are family friendly and adult friendly. Regardless of your preference you will be treated like the valuable...

Fun experience, but the customer service was nothing to brag about. Two days in a row I called in advance to see if lanes were open. I was given a certain time to come because supposidly thats when lanes would be available. I packed my family in the car and drove all the way there just to be told no lanes available for at least an hour and a half or more. Even though I could see there were lanes not being used. After the second time being told this I told the man that I had called in advance and was told what time to show up and that i didnt appreciate looking like a fool twice. He then agreed to give us one lane and told me we only had a half an hour to bowl and he'd need the lane back. So as a famliy we had fun, but we definitely felt like our presence...
