I was referred to MANC by one of my friends who has been coming for a long time and raves about it. My 3 homeschooled children, including one with autism, all attend BJJ classes weekly with Coach Eric and Coach Emma. The coaches and staff are awesomeâfriendly, down to earth, skilled and knowledgeable. Itâs obvious they love what they do. The facility is large, clean and conveniently located. The pricing is affordable and they offer sibling discounts. MANC has programs for everyone. I am ecstatic that they offer classes for homeschooled kids. Homeschooling was a choice we made in 2020 and itâs invaluable to feel supported by our community with programs like this. Additionally, they offer adaptive Jiu Jitsu for kids with special needs⌠how cool is that?! Coach Emma is patient with the adaptive students, speaks clearly, and uses picture schedules and rewards to help motivate the students and keep them on task. There is a certified counselor on staff as wellâshe is great too! I canât say enough how welcome and included our whole family feels here. My friend who referred me comes for adult/competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and says itâs the best school heâs ever attended. So whether you are looking to build your self-defense competency, compete in BJJ or looking for a place to bring your kids for homeschool or after school, these guys have it all....
Read moreWe put our daughter here. She has martial art experience, but not jiujitsu. She was very intimidated to go to jiujitsu at first. Over the last two months her confidence has grown. She really likes it. The more physical art is very appealing to her. Her prior experience was kata based and offered little practical application.
As the father of a beautiful daughter, I want her to be strong and confident as well as have great character. This school fosters all this things. The attitudes that the staff all have are ver positive. The workouts are designed to build strength. The training is very personal, with the coaches being very involved with each student.
Coming here was a great choice. We looked at other places in the Fayettevile and Hopemills area,...
Read moreI just moved here from Detroit a month ago for work and I was immediately in search of continuing my Jiu-Jitsu training. Iâve searched about 4 different places and came across Martial Arts of NC. Compared to the other nearby gyms, the instructor Jason is very personable, knowledgeable, has a great personality and makes you feel like family. Especially the students. You can tell a lot about a group of people by their leader. Everyone is friendly, patient and willing to help you. This place reminds me of my gym back at home! (Shouts out...
