They got me for $50.00, don’t let them get you!!! When I inquired about CBD options at the shop the Manager (?) suggested a new product that is evidently their signature product I was told by the ‘boss’ Louie (name on the receipt) “500mg Cannabites Rosin gummy were made specifically for their shops. That this Product has a wide range of active Cannabinoids, and was far superior to my usual brand for back pain.” The sales pitch was great, the product and honesty weren’t great. I bought the CBD last night sept 11th, and returned to the shop today sept 12th. I ate 2 (second gummy was taken a hour and twenty minutes after the first) of the 10 last night. Chewed them intel they were basically liquid to NO EFFECT/ zip /zilch / noda. I informed the store clerk on duty about the gummies, and they then call the “Boss”. The “Boss” told them that there is nothing that they are willing to do because they aren’t taking a $50.00 dollar hit in revenue. All I wanted was a exchange for product I knew worked. This was a missed opportunity to give great customer service & thus have a loyal customer for life. We absolutely love this place. Dustin is our go to person thst works there. Super knowledgeable about the products always honest and asks us questions about what we are looking for to ensure we get the product that best fits what we are looking for. Hopefully his management will see this an notice how valuable he is to that store. Highly recommend hands down. We don't do many reviews but we had to leave one because his team needs to know how much he values his customers and values repeat customers. Was in town so I stopped by to see what the store had to offer. The woman helping me was helpful as she could be. No THCA products Only a THC-P products with no Information on them. . Just a Name and Labeled THC-P Was 10g so took a gamble and didn't pay off. . Did nothing but give me a killer headache opposite of what I was looking for as I drove 3hrs home.
