When my son and I went to the bus terminal to seek assistance with catching the bus, I explained to the lady at the desk that I needed a bus pass that my son and I could use to catch the bus. She sold me a bus pass for handicapped people. Although, I didn't know it, I took it to the driver, and he informed me that I was sold the wrong pass. It's kinda hit & miss as far as the drivers go. More often than not you get a friendly one but every now & then you get a rude one. It's no use complaining to anyone tho, you just gotta take it, at least that's been my experience. Fayetteville could do so much better with public transportation. Hire better and more courteous bus drivers. If you're going to go by the schedule, we rather you be on time than late or early.
