Crazy Taco — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I've been coming to this location for years, but the service has dropped in quality drastically in the last few months. I get home, wrong order. I eat in, they bring three different orders to my table before they bring the right one.

Tonight was the final straw. I ordered in the drive thru, specified more than once I wanted 6 chicken and 6 Carnitas tacos, they kept repeating it back wrong so I kept correcting it. I get to the window, wrong order. I pay, they have me pull forward to wait. It's 96 degrees out, and I have a terrible a/c but I pull forward and wait since she already had me pay.

10 minutes go by, nothing. All the cars that were behind me have already got food and left.

I go inside, one group in front of me, they haven't even ordered yet. I stand there for five minutes waiting, and give up and decide to try the drive thru again, I tell them that they had me pull up 15 minutes before and I am still waiting on my food and they told me to pull forward. I had to wait behind all the cars in the drive thru, I get to the window, and they ask what I had ordered so they could make it...

Why didn't you ask me before that? I had already been waiting forever, had already paid, but it was hot, I told them to forget it and drove off because I knew if I just asked for a refund it would've taken another 5-10 minutes.

I've been a loyal customer for years, sometimes going several times a week, but after the last several times I don't expect I'll be coming back. The food is good, when you manage...

Save yourself the stress and a stomach ache. I called in an order and asked for the total, when I arrived to pick it up the drive thru lady took my card and said she forgot to ring up 5 tacos and had only quoted me for one over the phone. I thought "ok, human error no problem" she ran the card twice to make up for the rest. when I took the food back home all the food was not there. I called back to let her know this and said I would be coming by to pick up the difference. When I arrive she did not reimburse, instead she made up an excuse about she wasn't able to give money back for the difference. I don't care much for the money as it wasn't over $5 but the ladies attitude and the stomach ache the food gave me is what made me want to advice you not to even consider this place to get your dog...

Walked in after seeing the King Grande Burrito on the outside being advertised. When i walked up to order I could not find the grande burrito on the menu. So I asked the employee if they had said "King Grande Burrito" to which he points at a salad on the Menu and says that that is the "king grande burrito" ...... after asking a few more times because obviously a Salad is no where close to a King Grande Burrito. I had to throw my hands up and give up on eating there....
