Nice ppl. Customer service was nice but they totally screwed up my car sound system. Eddie suggested getting my car rewired since it was a few years that I’ve had my system. I agreed only for them to make my car system sounds worst than ever. I spent almost $800 in a 3 week span & my system sounds worse than it did when I first arrived. Eddie is always trying to sell you something but they have zero idea on what they’re doing. I didn’t see not a single degree/certificate for anything pertaining to audio services. They suggested that 4 different things were wrong. They checked all 4 & nothing was wrong. They don’t have a clue on why my system sounds different. My thought is that they were just trying to sell something. They have zero idea on what they’re doing despite them claiming to have years in experience. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS THERE EVER AGAIN!!! They also claimed that I had a leak in my sunroof & there were condensation everywhere. But here’s the thing… I don’t have a SUNROOF!!! So what were they talking about???? And the pricing of the dynomat was NEVER an issue! My trunk rattles 10x worse than it ever did after what they “pretended” to do. And the USB cord that they’re talking about makes zero sense as that has NOTHING to do with the way the actual sound system is supposed to sound. Even when the radio is on, it still sounds like that. So what’s the excuse now?? They know nothing! Don’t take your car to these...

When I say 5star review I mean 5 STAR REVIEW !!! Come here if you need anything stereo related seriously!! I went to banging stereos to get my pioneer stereo connected and they couldn’t figure out how to do it. I have a 2005 Prius and the top screen on there controls the Ac and energy motor screen I was told by banging stereos there was nothing they could do to make it work with the new stereo but Eddie at Professional Audio and Video took care of it with ease!
